High floor room
Room was cozy and nice.. Comfortable bed. Around the river bar & restaurant! Only far from the mrt station and bus stop .

Unique, friendly, decent.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room is small but decent and pretty in a loft concept. Bright room makes the room less 'creepy'. Facilities are good but pool is a little small. Hotel is not nearby the MRT stations, but are filled with many bars and restaurants. I would recommend the place for small groups of friends or couples, but not family with young children.

Carpark charges and room not very clean
Was absolutely disappointed with the Carpark as it applies for only 2 hours because I book through agent and not through the hotel. I was not made known and not stated in the reservation. As a result I have to pay 60 dollars but forced to upgrade my room to enjoy the free parking . This is absolutely no acceptable for guests staying at the hotel even though car park is limited. The room is not totally clean either and new toilet paper was not replaced with new one after cleaned up.

Bad experience with poor attitudes.
- Added a additional bed of $70/per night for the 3rd person to stay in, but however, no additional bed was provided. Thereafter, was told by the receptionist that the sofa bed was the additional bed and they will only set up the bed if needed (put bedsheet and blanket). The sofa bed is already inclusive in the room itself even if we did not pay for the $70 and we have to pay additional $70 just for the hotel staffs to put a bedsheet and blanket for us. Subsequently, after much talking, they said what they can do is to downgrade our room from premier loft to studio loft so we can have a visible additional bed. Staffs attitude were bad though the place were clean and location is good. - I hope the hotel can specifically mention the additional bed is the sofa bed so we do not have to additionally pay $70 extra for the already included bed in the room.

Just for fun
Just here to experience how good this is. I got a room with the bed at the top. Kinda inconvenient cause need to climb the stairs. The cleaniness of the room is just average. Quite a bit of dust here and there. Staffs were friendly. Facilities are full, gym and pool. The pool looks nice. Location of the hotel is not very convenient. A couple of bus but no train. Need to walk under the hot weather. Overall just average. Overrated.

Nice room
Was upgraded to Premier Loft for free. Nice room but the air con was not working well and the bathroom was kind of small.

Distance
That is quite far of the walking distace from clarke quey mrt during the hot sun. There is no proper direction show to reach there.

Room for improvement
The design of a loft room is rather refreshing but the toilet/bathroom is too small for comfort. Perhaps they can have a pillow menu too.
