Loved the rooms, the loft style setup is quite comfortable

right along the river and next to gallery hotel, studio m was easy to find and the staff was on point from the moment i walked in the door. i had a late flight the last day and the front desk automatically extended check out for me until 2 pm. it's the small things like that that separate hotels when it comes to taking care of the customer.
the cafe on the ground floor is excellent. every item i purchased was comparable in price to other places and the quality was top notch.
Shopping Tip:
for those who haven't been there yet, head up to ion on orchard. excellent. it has everything from the top tier shops down to smaller stores that even a budget traveler is able to find something to take home from singapore.

It is one of my favour hotel in Singapore. One is great location just right next to Clake Quay river. Second is the room is clear and comfortable. yes, although the room is a bit small, but it provides most of things you need execpt slipper

Rooms are small but well organized.
The central location is very nice.
Robertson Quay and Clark Quay are minutes
away.
Difficult to get a taxi to go to other places, though.
Nightlife Tip:
Robertson Quay

hotel was nice and clean. very funky reception area and design. comfortable rooms with all the basics. only problem was that staff had limited english so communication was a problem at times, they definitely tried their best. location of the hotel was quiet far from nearest mrt station. pool area was beautiful. nightlife in clark quay is an experience not to be missed

Prefect Location and Very Nice Outdoor Area
The breakfast, lounge, pool area was really comfortable and allowed you to sit outside even when it rained so that you never had to be stuck in your room.
9.3
this was a very comfortable hotel. singapore is very expensive and people are use to small places, but even though our room was not big it was well designed with lots of draws and places to put things away. the outdoor facilities were great with a long swimming pool, areas to sit by the pool or under cover if it rained. even though i am and older woman i was totally comfortable here and the best thing about this hotel is the location. it is one block from the river which is the heart of singapore, connecting robertson quay to clarke quay. it was perfect for being with both the young and old, having dinner at numberous excellent restaurants and listening to all kinds of music drifting from the nighclubs. every night we had an enjoyable stroll back to our hotel feeling very content with warm breezes on my sleevless arms and having eaten a good meal. i don't think you can get a better deal for price, comfort, and location in all of singapore

I got a great room for the price I paid. The whole concept of designing the room into a loft was very new and refreshing, though it began to get tiresome having to climb up and down the stairs from the bed for the bathroom or to get stuff from the luggage. Location wise, theres not much shopping or eating places nearby, but the hotel is near robertson quay, which is great if you want to experience some nightlife I guess. Overall quite a great hotel, very clean.

Lovely hotel with unique rooms and great location

i loved the unique design of the hotel room. it was indeed a refreshing experience of staying in a room designed with a studio loft feel. the room was well equipped with amenities and nicely decorated. however, i felt that the bathroom and shower room were quite small and it made me feel a little claustrophobic. the buffet breakfast was not bad but could have more variety of food. overall it was a good and refreshing experience!
