Could have been better
The bed, the swimming pool and the gym
It was comfortable, although abit too far from Clarke Quay and there were no shuttle services. Also, the toilets were too cramped.

Convenient Location and Great Windows
Location. Location & Location.
As usual it was a good stay with helpful staff. I like this hotel due to it's location and proximity to the many restaurants and bars in the area.

Travelers hotel
Loft, design, new
Pros:Loft design, well-designed for space utility, bright Scandinavian minimalist interior, new condition. We booked the entry loft which provided an excellent work study area loft. Love it. Good breakfast spread, should be catered from nearby Copthorne King, hotel under same group. Cons: expect students crashing above room capacity during holidays. Pretty much like a chalet for them. Being a travellers or premium lower priced point hotel, a full or medium fledged kitchen would be preferred. Memo cafe is value for money but need wider hot food range.

A decent budget hotel
Breakfast, staff
Rooms are small to accommodate 3 persons. Location is quite far from local MRT station, yet along the Clarke Quay you can find lots of restaurants which satisfy your craving for food (mostly expensive ones). I like the semi-outdoor restaurant where you have breakfast everyday. It's cozy and so relaxing.

Two nights with infant
Quiet but central location by the river, good staff and breakfast
The staff was very helpful and we got a baby bed. The room was quite not what I expected from the photos in terms of that it was quite worn/old (could use some small renovation). The breakfast was good and the location by the river is nice with many small restaurants nearby.

A poor start to our stay but a staff saved the day
It is unique because there is 2 levels inside the room. Floor to ceiling windows. Free wifi.
My friend and I spent a night over christmas at the hotel. Our stay was off to a poor start because the curtains could not be drawn and we could not reach the hotel operator to send some to take a look. Once we got to the operator, it took almost an hour before a technician came to our room. Fortunately, we were offered a change of room. A very courteous and understanding staff the front desk came over to apologise when he came to our room to hand us the key cards to our new room. Generally, we enjoyed our stay but notice some wear and tear inside the room such as water marks on the wallpapers.

Great staycation
Cold air conditioning, wifi and big beds
I requested for high floor and I have gotten the 7th one which is not bad because they only have 9 storeys. The bathroom is pretty small. The place is less than 10 years old but there are stains all over the stairs. Good places to explore around the area. Cafes like Toby's estate, kith cafe and Five and dime eatery are nearby. The breakfast is quite a spread. The wifi is a little stupid. I have to log in everytime I use my phone. All the necessary amenities are there like toothbrush and paste, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner.
