great location but small rooms
quite new hotel , painted white made it look clean, it has restaurant, pool and gym

The hotel staff really need more training and discipline on their duties..but overall it was an ok stay at the hotel since me and my brother just stayed for the weekend.
Nightlife Tip:
close to restaurants, bars, and clubs.. everything within walk range

The hotel staffs are friendly...
I got a free upgrade too..
There is free parking and the pool is relaxing..
The breakfast is so so only..
The location is ok.. Minutes walk to pubs and bars..
Place is easy to find

Nice boutique hotel with great layout and competitive price

Key card is needed for elevator up to your room ,which is good for security reason, but its never work properly. I have to went to reception and reactivate everyday fro my three nights and hotel staff keep asking the same security question at 3am in the morning which is so annoying.
despite of that, i would recommend this hotel.

Pros: Unique loft design, tall windows, comfortable bed, nice smelling hotel lobby. Free wifi was working fine.
Cons: Lobby staff and bellboy lacks smiles. They should be better trained. Check-in was a little slow and was led to wait in a queue. Perhaps some seating arrangements can be made while waiting instead of making guests stand to wait for check-in. Breakfast was sub-par and too much processed food, really not reflecting the good image the hotel is supposed to project.

Very nice comfortable hotel
Location and the layout of the loft rooms are something me and my partner love.

Only issue seems to be the lack of parking spaces. Although the hotel does reimburse parking charges for parking at the nearby shopping mall, it is a little inconvenient

Though we were not able to check in on time, the hotel provided excellent customer service recovery by upgrading my room and providing complimentary F&B at the lobby cafe. These service recovery were initiated without me asking for anything. Thumbs up to the staff. Really appreciate the kind gestures. Even though there are only limited carpark lots in the hotel, the hotel provides complimentary coupons for carpark located nearby.
Restaurant Tip:
Proceed along the river and there are plenty restaurants for you to choose from.

Excellent Service! My girlfriend and I really love the Studio M Hotel because of its being a loft. It is also one of the most beautiful / elegant / clean / unique hotel in the City. I can say that we were satisfied with our stay. We felt the importance of our privacy.
