Stayed with my parents last week. My parents checked-in at 3pm and the room wasn't ready and by the time it was ready, they gave us the wrong room. We were able to check in only past 5pm. My parents were very tired as they traveled to SG that day. Another comment is the sofabed need to be cleaned properly. I felt there were dust mites already. Also there were not enough staff. It was difficult to call front desk. However I'd like to comment on Felicia, one of the front desk staff. She was so helpful, warm and pleasant.

Convenient location with parking facilities
Rather expensive for a small sized room. Language barrier for certain hotel staff eg. cafe. Room seems moderately "worn" / old. But good aircon strength!

Great Hotel, Great Locations
I went to Singapore and bring along my 2 important clients. They are very happy with the hotel i have chosen. The room overall comfortable, spacious and best of all, its very clean & unique!

Comfy bed, cool design.
Clean hotel, clean rooms and sheets, interesting design.. AWESOME BED, walking distance to Clarke Quay, many pubs and eateries around, NOT near any MRT or Public Transportation.

Overall pleasant experience, room for improvements.
Checked into room on Fri 16 Jul by a friendly Malay staff at the reception. She provided a very friendly and welcoming service to my stay which I must compliment. I was planning a small birthday celebration and she was happy to provide assistance in anyway she can. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she deserves a compliment for making guests like me feel at ease at M hotel. However, I cannot say the same for the Caucasian receptionist . I called front desk a couple of times from the room but it was engaged. So I went down to front desk directly just to ask for extra glasses because we are having a small celebration as mentioned. Her response was unexpected n say that we actually are entitled to only 2 glasses since we are only booking a room of 2. Yes I understand I'm only paying for two person to stay there but sounds reasonable to ask for extra glasses just for half a night right? When asked for a ice bucket, I would expect a warm "of course" or "no problem", but what came to me was "oh yes we can provide 2 buckets per room, after which the subsequent one is chargeable at $x.xx" I'm not saying you can't do your job to inform me but what can we done was maybe when I ask for more than 2 ice buckets then u can let me know? In summary, she made the hotel sound like they are just milking money and not trying to make guests feel welcome to stay at hotel.

Great loft!
Worth the money, everything was clean and A/C was perfect. Booked the cabana for a small party and the staff was really helpful with all my requests.

It is clean.
the room is clean and near Clarke quay. I love this kind of loft room.
