Groups Cambodia, May 27, 2013	the worst experience i've had in singapore! bad in everything..! 3.3 i used to be there in singapore 4 times in this year. we've tried different hotel to get more experiences. what i can only say about summer view hotel is "the worst one". the room very small with a higher price compare to others. and the staffs are all rude! we requested to be late check out around half hour since the first day we arrived but got a fast reply that the hotel policy is you need to check out at 12:00 noon. no late. actually we haven't seen any bottled drinking water in the room. when we ask them for water. they said "let me explain you. all the water in singapore are drinkable even in the bathroom. thus we won't provide you the bottled water. if you need it, you have to pay money. if you need toothpaste and toothbrush, come downstair to get it from reception by yourself". another worst thing is that they called to tell us to leave at noon. omg...!!!
