LOcation close to orchard road
Thermostat on Ac cannot be control
The Hotel room is ok...considering its location within 1 block to ORchard road and close to a few food court and the MRT.
The room ac can be ackward as it cannot be control or shut off... if you have a fever or not feeling well.. the ac can be a problems.
they hotel is clean overall.. they advertise the room price that is actually cheaper thatn the agoda rate outside of the hotel.. I am not sure if I am getting a good value from Agoda this time.

very near the orchard road which is the shopping haven ; it is also accessible to all transportations.
daily toilet supplies like, shmapoo, towels, shower cap, etc. should be replaced everyday....
i like the proximity of the hotel from orchard rd;aside from the shopping strip,transporatation is also available to the people ; hotel itself is generally okay except that maybe you can provide breakfast (inclusive in rm accommdation); the staffs are ok and accomodating.
