Located on level 1, this cafe is reminiscent of a traditional eatery in the early days of Singapore. Enjoy a delectable selection of all-time local favourites and international cuisine. The Ellenborough Market Cafe is synonymous with Straits-Chinese cuisine - a cuisine so unique, one can only sample in this part of the world. Choose to dine indoor surrounded in old-world charm, or dine al fresco-style by the riverside promenade.

clean room & good location Not much to complain. The only thing is they dont serve complimentary mineral water in the room. if you like to get away from the busy orchard road, more on relaxing trip, this hotel located just right in front of clark quay which having lots of restaurants for choices. a small shopping mall called Centre just right opposite the hotel. very convenient. However, it will only take about 10 mins to take a ride to Orchard and cost about Sing dollar $10-$15 for the taxi fees.
Restaurant Tip : Can go to the Hooters opposite of the restaurant, at Block D, just right in front of the river.

top service to all requests, friendliest of staff of all ranks, good location and facilities and also MRT station at Central. Will stay here again next year. This is a very good standard hotel which provides excellent service and very prompt responses to service requests including laundry pickup and delivery, milk for the room, rectifying a malfunctioning room safe, arranging tours. The location is in the hub of a busy nigh time activity area and is within 5 minutes walk of the MRT, 10 minutes walk to Chinatown and 2 station ride to Little India.

excellent location near clarke quay and chinatown.
well furnished room with a clean modern feel.
excellent staff everywhere. i travelled with my elderly mother who became very sick on our first night here. the hotel arranged for the doctor, and although she wan't able to leave her room for the next 2 days, the staff were very kind, and couldn't have done more to help in any way. this is a really good hotel in every way. we had stayed at another hotel in the same vicinity which was similarly priced but didn't come close to the swissotel. although i didn't give a 5 for dining, we didn't eat in the main dining room, just in the executive breakfast room. it was more than adequate, but not excellent. i wouldnt normally wirte a review, but am happy to do so for this hotel.

From Changi International Airport, take the East Coast Expressway (ECP), making an exit at Rochor Road.
