staycation with a friend, shopping and dining was readily available given the hotel's central location. we were given a room on the 20th floor, had a good view of the cathedral next door and singapore's skyline. went clubbing at the hotel's bar - new asia, good to know cover charge was waived for hotel's guests.
some gripes: the queue to check-in and out was long, the wait required some patience. no complimentary parking available, so be prepared to incur the usual parking charges or opt not to drive there.

The room is super clean n realllli spacious.. we took the deluxe room n it was sufficient enuf to move around.. everything was clean.

Location is ideal, situated a short walk from shopping districts, restaurants and bars. The harbor view was stunning, with an perfect view of the lightshow at Marina Bay Sands.

Dedicated check in / check out for Swiss Executive room guests at Level 60

Booked the Swiss Executive room located at Levels 57 - 60. Room decoration is simple and clean. There is a private balcony but it is quite narrow, no space for chairs and table. Will be better if hotel provides complimentary parking for hotel guests which they do not.

Great hotel in Singapore!
Central location, nice and spacious room, right above shopping mall with lots of food options

we stayed in "classic room", which is about deluxe standard. the hotel is very high, i think abt 66 floors, we stayed in level 47, which means we have very nice view from our window!
room is surprising very spacious, considering most rooms in singapore is quite small (land is expensive here). it is quite an old feeling room (this hotel has been around for quite some time), but it is very well maintain!! very clean, and amenities in the room is definitely 5 stars! they provide tooth brush with tooth paste, that are replaced every day we stayed. and they provide not just any ordinary teas, but twg finest tea selection!
each person was given 2 pillows, and on top of that they provide 2 more pillows in the wardrobe.
the hotel is directly above city hall mrt, which is central location in singapore. so transport to anywhere is very convenient. it is also above raffles city shopping mall, which has lots of stores, and best of all, lots of dining option!!! this is definitely the best hotel in general in singapore, in my opinion. the rate of this hotel is very good considering its location and its rooms.

Handy city central location, everything close by.

Staff were very helpful, rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Location was handy for Raffles Mall, MRT and within walking distance to Clark Quay and the Marina. We enjoyed ourselves and had no problems at all with the hotel. The hotel was very busy though, lots and lots of people in the lobby and other facilities.

Big room and great location

The room here are very big where there are 2 queen size beds in our room. The hotel is situated right beside the shopping centre. And also a very short walking distance to the MRT station.

Above MRT and shopping malls, easy access to all other tourist spots, great location it is.

Location is very good, but their room is ordinary. The toilet and even shower facilities are quite simple, but overall it is OK.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must go to see Merlion in the night.
It is beautiful there to see all other buildings.
