i enjoy the stay here and i don't mind coming back again if time permits well it's a nice and affordable hotel in the city area. all facilities and recreational locations are at the vicinity. good place.

Rooms are roomy albeit a little old

Service is good and the location is convenient! Many attractions to keep my kids occupied - Singapore Flyer, Duck Tours, and of course a big shopping mall is just below. Food choices are aplenty and public transportation is also super convenient.

Everything is in the one complex, hotel, shops, mtr, department stores, foodcourts

Our stay was fantastic, without any hitches. I found the convenience of mtr, shops, dining and hotel in the one complex to be the biggest asset, with a lovely view to top it off.

this hotel is just across the street to the famous raffles hotel that serves up the re-known singapore sling. it is above raffles city shopping centre and train station which makes shopping and travelling about very convenient. new asia bar, the popular night scene club in singapore is a must to visit. it is also near to esplanade, chijmes, and marina square where all the good restaurant and shopping are available.

For business travel. this is certainly the top 10 location in Singapore.
Meetings in the hotel is an ease.
anyone can easily travel and meet in and around the hotel.
well linked by taxi, bus and MRT.
tired of room service, it's within a mall. at lest 10-120 restaurants.
even a big supermarket at the basement.
everything you need, it's in..within the building.
a city in a city.

the hotel is in a very convenient location. you can walk around the area, easy to get taxi or you can take subway underneath.the front staff team is very helpful. they provide assistance on early arrival, handle luggage, assist on special request (like late check out). if you want to have an easy meal, you can just go underground. there are various variety of foods you can find. during a short break, it is convenient enough to take a fast shopping.

this hotel is situated at a very strategic location and you have the mall at the ground floor.
a few minutes walk from the mall that is interconnected to the MRT station will allow you to travel to where you need with the public transport.
do not need to worry about waiting for cabs, as there is always cabs at the hotel lobby.
one thing about the hotel is the top half of the hotel which i believe 45th floor and above is refurbished, whereas the bottom half is not. do take note i guess.
