its nice to stay there, and the bed is quite big, so it makes our stay there fell nice and clean. the employee is nice and friendly. the enviroment also nice. they also have sauna and the good news its free... hahahaha... and the procedure is easy and quick. and near the shopping rea.

I cannot fault Swissotel for their room or their staffing- everyone from the reception to the room service to the cleaners were very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel itself is close to everything, has a great foodcourt underneath and is within a few minutes walk of City Hall MRT.
Only disappointing feature was the ay for wireless access. Many hotels are now offering complementary wifi, yet Swissotel gouged for a wifi service that constantly dropped out.
Restaurant Tip:
Very wide range of food outlets in Marketplace located under the hotel.

I had checked in 1 hour after the normal check in time but my room was still not ready. After i had check in to my room, 1 hour later, a staff suddenly rang the bell and asked if everything was ok. This was not told to me that a staff will be doing checks.
Phone calls made locally was also charged. I was not aware that local calls were charge. Even hotel guests were not given free parking.
The view given was fantastic as we were able to see the NDP rehearsals.
Overall stay was average. It did not meet my expectations. i would not recommend this hotel to local Singaporeans on a normal day.

Great location, service and view
Close to both a shopping centre and with the SMRT station City Hall just below the hotell. Walking distance to most attractions e.g. around 7 minutes to Clarke Quay

Arriving at the hotell we where upgraded to a room with sea view. Checking in was a breese and we did not even have to present the voucher from Agoda. We did however have to wait quite a while to get the luggage to our room which was a bit frustrating as we where hungry and eager to see Singapore.
The view is great and we had a balcony even as high up as on the 47th floor. It is tiny though and not ment to spend much time on. The door is easily opened so I would not have liked to have small children with me.
The pool area is spacious and have plenty of room with a bar and restaurant located next to the pool.
Can't really tell about the food or breakfast as we had all meals outside the hotell.
All in all Great location, great service and clean rooms.

The hotel is well located across the street from the famous Raffles and Chjimes, and flanking an enormous upscale shopping mall. Though I didn't have time to use it, the spa looked remarkable, and Equinox at the top of the skyscraping hotel offers perhaps the most dramatic view of Singapore in the city.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is enormous, so if you plan to ride the elevators during 'rush hour' be sure to budget a little extra time. The same applies to ordering room service - I had no problems with early morning breakfasts being delivered within the time promised, but couldn't get the phone answered when I called for dinner one night.
