The MRT and the shopping mall (including food court and supermarket) were underneath the hotel. There were also different kinds of food stalls and restaurants near it. It was really convenient. Besides, the hotel room was quite big and clean. The beds were big enough for 2 adults and 1 young kid (aged under 6). The staff were friendly and helpful. When they knew us going to move to another hotel for another few days, they arranged us to be late checking out at 3:00pm. I am sure I will stay there again. However, It was too bad that the breakfast was not included and no free wifi.
Restaurant Tip:
food court at the shopping mall. Many local restautants near the hotel.

Swissotel Stamford hotel facilities are of very high standard and the staff was very friendly and helpful.Our grand son really enjoyed the stay at the hotel.The close proximity to shopping, Marina bay which had the 'I light Marina Bay" event ,which was really good ,and many importat tourist attractions such as Singapore flier,Clark Quay ,was very advantageous.
We will definitely recommed this hotel to our friends.

Swissotel Stamford is located right in the middle of all the action in Singapore which was fantastic. I loved having the convenience of the food court just downstairs. Taxis can be difficult to get in Singapore but i found it convenient to have the taxi stand just outside. Overall, a great experience.

It's a pleasure to stay at Swissotel stamford. I booked for 2 classic rooms. The room was big and very clean and it got all the amenities I need. The best part about the hotel is the location, right in the heart of marina bay, very close to clarke quay (pubs and bars). The only downside for me was that I asked for high floor and was only given the 10th floor. Could've done more about the small swimming pool but otherwise, five star standard.
Nightlife Tip:
The Zouk was probably the best club in town though a bit far from where I was staying. Otherwise you could easily find a good club in Clarke quay (bunch of them).
