The bed is lovely and very comfortable and the toilet is very well maintained in the room. Enough lighting and TV channel is sufficient. The lift is in good running condition and is fast to serve. Front Office staff is very friendly and efficient.

Cleanliness, the bed is very comfortable.

Gym and should have more F&B Outlet.

I believe this to be a wonderful hotel to stay in. It is a great value for the money especially considering the cost of staying in Singapore. It is close to all of the major shopping plazas on Orchard Road if you like shopping. The staff is quite helpful especially when answering my inane questions about making international calls. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat to my friends and family. I would call it the best value in Singapore.

The hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance of many great shopping plazas on Orchard Road. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and quite clean. The pool was a great place to hang out.

There was a bit of construction next door which was noisy from time to time but not much of a bother. The windows could use a bit of cleaning as it was rather dirty from the outside.

• Restaurant Tip : There are two wonderful Chinese restaurants in Ngee Ann City shopping plaza. One is on the fourth floor and the other on the fifth floor. They serve excellent dim sum.

The hotel was nice and very clean, but the rooms need updating and the bed was very uncomfortable. The location was great for a holiday, but not so great for business. There was no place to hold a quick business meeting--no coffee shop. I would stay here for holiday, but probably won't stay there for business again.

Location--close to Orchard Road for shopping/eating.

No coffee shop in lobby, so no place to sit and meet a friend. Lots of construction going on all around the hotel. It was incredibly noisy!! Also, the bed was very uncomfortable.

• Restaurant Tip : There are lots of great restaurants in the basement of Paragon. The Idonesian one was fabulous!!

I really enjoyed my stay in Singapore as I felt very confortable and the service were amazing. I was well looked after and there was a helping hand right by you when ever you needed one. The kind and friendly staff were very inviting also and made you feel welcome in Singapore. Being so close to the town but not so close you felt crowded was also just awesome as everything was not far away and didnt take long to get to. Thank for the lovely time I had.

I like that it is close to the town but not too close to feel crowded and you feel at home in the surroundings of the bedrooms.

It is a well used hotel, maybe a few modern things could take the place of the old things - bedding, ect.

• Shopping Tip : I really thought the shopping was incredable. I have never seen anything like it with so much happening at one time coming from New Zealand. Make sure you get into as many shops as possible to experiance their friendly welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel is near the Orchard Road. We can access most shopping malls in ten minutes on foot. This hotel is cheaper than other hotels in Orchard Road. People working for this hotel are very kind and friendly. They hire the taxi for me to leave for Changi airport in the early morning. Italian Restaurant is very nice!!

The room I stayed is nice. Its clean and well equipped. We can use the internet for ten minutes for 1 Dollar. We can also use a pool.

The location, good for me, cause I'm a tourist, the place and hotel very familiar for taxi driver. Just say, all taxi driver know and everytime I go singapore, always go to kinokunuya and the bolders book store, very near and the hotel staff very friendly & helpful.

I like the location, price.

Don't like the interior, maybe must need renovation.

• Shopping Tip : Near is the paragon, very close, just walk. Very easy for me.

This hotel has a great location and is well presented. Service is a bit slow, but the food in the restaurant is great. Room service is also very tasty. Facilities and furnishings of the rooms are nice. There was a strong cigar smoke smell in the hallways of the smoking floor on several days. At times, it was difficult to get a prompt taxi from this hotel. On balance, a nice hotel, we are repeat guests.

Perfect location... cool and shady and a short walk to the stores on Scotts. Has a nice, relaxed air and a nice restaurant.

When we ordered drinks with our room service, we were told that minibar was the full choice of beverages... would be nice to be able to get an alcoholic drink from the bar below.

This hotel boasts a Colonial style and is beautiful to look at, but the rooms are very tired and need rennovating. Hotel boasts a good restaurant, but portions are small and expensive. Room service is not provided after 11.00 pm and the reception is too busy to answer calls from the rooms in the evening Their bar, however, though used little is very pleasant, a good place to hang out while waiting for the plane home. The swimming pool area is lovely, would be nice if it were open 24x7

The no smoking room we ordered stunk of cigarettes very badly, permeated clothing. Breakfast was definitely sub standard Was impossible to call reception during evening, was put on to answering service, who never replied

The Elizabeth-A Far East Hotel to relax Guest Rating: 4.8

This is a very good hotel for the price, it is close to the center of town and you can walk just about everywhere you like to go for shopping or to the resturants. The staff is very friendly and understanding, the rooms are comfortable and very relaxing. Also it is located very close to the hospital just in case an emergency arises. Overall all good for the price and I would be very happy to return to this hotel.

The resturant could use a little improvement by offering more service, they close after breakfast ends at 10:30 am and don't open until lunch.

Really the hotel is very nice, clean and tidy if I wish again I will go and stay over there again surely. Hotel is centrally located very close to lucky plaza. And the swimming pool is also nice but i think the food should be Halal for Muslims. Nice view from my room my room number 808

The hotel is the best it is very close to the orchard road very we can do everything.

They should improve their lobby, which is very gloomy.
