Convenient to major shoppping malls and MRT. Friendly and helpfull staff
The cleaners sometimes forget to take out used towels and provide daily supply of newspaper
I decided to booked at The Elizabeth when I took my brother, his wife and 18year old granddaughter for a short holiday in Singapore mainly because of the convenient location, friendly staff and the overall good hotel condition and cleanliness.We have booked at this hotel a few times before,and the best thing I like is the efficient and punctual service you get from the hotel staff members. I can truly recommend it to anybody looking for a good hotel.

Convenient location ,close to amenities,helpful and courteous staff
room sizes are small and outdated furniture , breakfast should be included at this price. They should make it a Non-smoking hotel.
We were pleased with the friendly staff and the service at the hotel . we had no problems getting our rooms for early check in.we definitely recommend
this family friendly hotel who are budget minded and want to stay in a quieter side of the city but close to orchard street.I will certainly stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : Cheaper Restaurant in the mall near by called Lucky Centre.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is great, right on Orchid road so I can enjoy my shopping anytime. Everything is very close around. Good restaurants. The staff is well-trained and helpful. I will definitely come back to stay there.
