Nice location. Proximity to public transport.
Friendly staff and prompt customer service with a smile.
Not much to complain about for the price of the rooms.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel room. Lots of privacy. The room was the right size.
The amenities were good enough. Transport facilities were excellent.
Staff was very friendly and ever ready to assist you.
Pricing was reasonable. Check out was quick and the time was flexible.
I will have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Really tidy Room
the bed is really good
The toilet is clean very far away, have to walk long distance, there is no near MRT or bus, you have to walk 15 minutes Although the hotel is very pretty, but it location is really bad, even when you call a taxi you will have to pay the book fee which is 2.50 because you cannot get any taxi unless you are lucky and someone has just dropped off

The Hotel is not good at all as there are some smells and the bathroom is dirty and old one. But the location of hotel is convenient as it is situated in the shopping centre of Singapore.
Shopping Tip : different shopping centres.

Smell, untidiness, the bathroom is bad and old The Hotel is old, but its location is very convenient as it is situated on the Ochard Road. There ,is some unpleasant smell in the room and the bathroom is very old and dirty.

the hotel is close to orchard road. the hotel is way on the hill. staff were very rude and lied to me about my room. i had booked a deluxe room and the staff lied to me by putting me in the superior room thinking that i wont find out until i call the reception and asked them what room and i in and they told me that they put me in the superior room because they overbooked the deluxe room. i felt like as if i was cheated and i had to wait more than one hour for my room to be done. overall staff is very rude and will never stay there ever again. the rooms are not like how it looks like in the picture. it is very tiny and very very cramp. would definitely not suggest for family who want to at least enjoy their holiday.
Hotel Feature Tip : the room is not how it looks like in the picture. they are liars and should not cheat their customer like that.

Location, quiet street off of Orchard Road. Staff was attentive. Expensive food near the pool. Construction noises. A big building is going up right next door so be prepared for some construction noises. This is a great location off of busy Orchard Road and an easy walk. Room pleasant and well kept. Clean too.
Restaurant Tip : There are a million food choices just down the street so skip the overpriced restaurants in the hotel.

Location; smoking rooms; very good restaurant and service,... thanks Beny!; no problems at all... even iron in the room is free! Seven nights at one place abroad is not so little! In fact I think that I can live at that place for a long time... very long time! Because of privacy but not only that, also the services but not only that, also the area but not only that... even during the F1 no bad feeling, ok, that place gives a lot!
Travel tip : Go to short walk and go direct via PARAGON. It's safe and short :-) Taxi is cheap via front office. Big Crew to airport is only 45 S$!!! Even bell boy is good!!! This hotel is a must in Singapore!

Very quiet - slept very well, no disturbing noises. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff - they try hard. Close to Orchard Road. Sometimes difficult to get taxis as hotel is at end of cul-de-sac. Service quality erratic: taxi reservation had not been made, check-out took forever despite cash payment - at best 3 star standard. Elizabeth Hotel offers quite good value for money. They did not unduly overcharge during the F1 weekend, and its proximity to Orchard Road and quiet location make it a reasonable alternative to much more expensive hotels. However, staff - while trying to be helpful - is generally not as well trained and competent as in other hotels in Singapore.

Very quiet location even it's 5 mins from Orchard Rd. Nice pool bar and restaurant. However it's room temperature is way low even after turning the A/C off. Other than that I'm satisfied.

Cleanliness, the bed is very comfortable. Gym and should have more F&B Outlet. The bed is lovely and very comfortable and the toilet is very well maintained in the room. Enough lighting and TV channel is sufficient. The lift is in good running condition and is fast to serve. Front Office staff is very friendly and efficient.

Location--close to Orchard Road for shopping/eating. No coffee shop in lobby, so no place to sit and meet a friend. Lots of construction going on all around the hotel. It was incredibly noisy!!
Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel was nice and very clean, but the rooms need updating and the bed was very uncomfortable.
The location was great for a holiday, but not so great for business. There was no place to hold a quick business meeting--no coffee shop.
I would stay here for holiday, but probably won't stay there for business again.
Restaurant Tip : There are lots of great restaurants in the basement of Paragon. The Idonesian one was fabulous!!

The hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance of many great shopping plazas on Orchard Road. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and quite clean. The pool was a great place to hang out. There was a bit of construction next door which was noisy from time to time but not much of a bother. The windows could use a bit of cleaning as it was rather dirty from the outside. I believe this to be a wonderful hotel to stay in. It is a great value for the money especially considering the cost of staying in Singapore. It is close to all of the major shopping plazas on Orchard Road if you like shopping. The staff is quite helpful especially when answering my inane questions about making international calls. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat to my friends and family. I would call it the best value in Singapore.
Restaurant Tip : There are two wonderful Chinese restaurants in Ngee Ann City shopping plaza. One is on the fourth floor and the other on the fifth floor. They serve excellent dim sum.

The hotel's greatest plus is its proximity to Orchard Road. It can be termed the shopping mecca of the Asia Pacific region. All the shops you need for anything are within walking distance. The rooms at the hotel are however relatively tiny for the price one pays. There is no real Gym. And parts of the hotel appear run-down including the pool. I was surprised by this because the hotel is said to have undergone a renovation recently. I have also stayed in another Far East hotel, in Changi Village. That one is far, but the rooms are really nice, and allow you to escape from the hustle and bustle of Singapore if you've been there for a week or so and seek some seclusion.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tailors in the Far East plaza for world-class tailored suits.

I like that it is close to the town but not too close to feel crowded and you feel at home in the surroundings of the bedrooms. It is a well used hotel, maybe a few modern things could take the place of the old things - bedding, ect. I really enjoyed my stay in Singapore as I felt very confortable and the service were amazing. I was well looked after and there was a helping hand right by you when ever you needed one. The kind and friendly staff were very inviting also and made you feel welcome in Singapore. Being so close to the town but not so close you felt crowded was also just awesome as everything was not far away and didnt take long to get to. Thank for the lovely time I had.
Shopping Tip : I really thought the shopping was incredable. I have never seen anything like it with so much happening at one time coming from New Zealand. Make sure you get into as many shops as possible to experiance their friendly welcoming atmosphere.
