i like the location is very convienient to the main orchard road and easy access to shopping as well as hospital stays. i would surely recommend this hotel to friends an family in future so they can also enjoy the facilities offered by this hotel. in the near future i would definitely come back and stay here again given the location great rooms and good service of this hotel.

Walking distant to nanny shopping facilities.

Strategic hill-side location, great service..

I was staying with 2 very young children for 2 nights. The room is quite small and old-looking, but amenities were sufficient. The staffs were helpful, especially during the hectic morning breakfast time, and accommodative (emphatetic) towards family with small children, which made our stay comfortable. Location was on the hill side of Mt Elisabeth area, so climbing up after whole-day shopping, carrying shopping bags and pushing strolle (with 2 kids on it) can be super challenging. But after a culinary feast, it's worth the work out

Strategic Location and Newly Renovated Room

I was on a holiday with my family and the hotel was close to all my destinations which made it very convenience. It located near the hospital, shopping malls, MRT & bus station within walking distance (about 5-15 min). The good things about this hotel are spacious bed size(double queen size bed for family room), newly renovated (modern furnished), spacious bathroom, well equipped (free Wi-fi)and nice service which made my holiday very pleasant. The room rate was also reasonable compared with others in the same area, despite the breakfast is very standard one. I would definitely come back and stay here again when I come to Singapore. Highly recommended!

Pros: small hotel, clean room, pleasant hotel staff & placed at strategic shopping district, orchard rd.
Cons: I don't recommends breakfast in the hotel, since the menu is less vary & the tv channel is also limited. The hotel definitely is just for you to rest & sleep after doing whole day activity in town.

Stayed at the Executive Room and it was good. Spacious room and good lighting. The bathroom was clean. Location was perfect; near to the Orchard Rd shopping district and Mt Elizabeth Hospital (which was the purpose of the trip anyway). However TV channels were limited though, but why would you want to be watching TV when you are in the heart of Singapore...
