Good location, lovely staff
very quiet but actually very close to city centre, only 10 mins walking from orchard mrt

this is a good choice for either business trip or family holiday. i checked in at midnight with messy luggage but all the staff are very helpful and friendly. room is a bit old but quite big and cosy, everything is fine exept breakfast is boring.

Great Hotel for Mt. Elizabeth Hospital Access

The staffs were friendly. This hotel is specially convenient for people going to Mt. E Hospital. Proximity to Orchard Road also is a plus.

the hotel offers good service buffet, staff at the reception are very accommodating and friendly, the hotel's location is walking distance from the hospital, easy to get a ride (Taxi Service and Shuttle), hotel has clean bed and has a nice view, there's free laundry service, wifi access, relaxing lobby. prices of the rooms are expensive.
Though the bathroom drainage system is quite smelly and the flush of the toilet should be fixed. overall our stay is satisfactory.

lobby area very small and when there is an influx of a group of tourists, we could barely cross the lobby to exit out of the hotel.
housekeeping services could be improved. rooms not thoroughly cleaned - mugs, glasses left unwashed. staff barely able to communicate in english.
for long term guests, breakfast is not worth paying especially since the menu hardly change and the quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. overall service at modesto restaurant mediocre but restaurant manager, irene was very accommodating and helpful. reception took a long time to respond to telephone calls. concierge service was good.

nice hotel. rooms were spacious and well laid out. we were given a room with a balcony and it was really nice.
service was really great. the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, especially ana. would definitely go back.

It was a decent place to stay. Pretty small and cosy. However, it is a little far to walk to reach Orchard Road (main belt of shopping centres).
