An average hotel

This hotel isn't too bad, but the pillow is too soft, but bed is comfortable. They upgraded my room to Premier, but they don't allowed late checkout till 3pm as what is stated for Premier room. Late checkout is only till 1pm. You can get a good sleep here because of the quiet surrounding. 10mins away to the earnest shopping centre, Paragon. Overall, quite a pleasant stay.

We generally stay at the Elizabeth Hotel while in Singapore. It is well situated and has easy access to the roads to and friom the airport.

Superior Staff - friendly, helpful and efficient
Check in and out were efficient and staff were friendly. Porter who delivered my suitcases was exceptionally helpful. Luggage was stored after 1 PM while I waited for my evening flight.

I had an old room

This is my first time staying at the Elizabeth. I was so happy with the friendly and helpful staff, but I was not happy with the poor condition of my room. My room was on 2nd floor so it was humid especially while the carpet, furniture and curtain were too old so the carpet had bad smell. I had asked the cleaning staff finding a way to clear the smell but there were still. Those rooms need to be renovated for guests comfort. This is my constructive comment.
