The size of the hotel is not too big and I feel the warmness of the receptionist, not like in some big hotels where you are treated like refugee. Easy and quick check-in and check-out. The building retains the old charm. The only drawback is when you want to take a taxi in Friday late afternoon, the queue is too long.
