Great location with lovely service.

I've suggested few opinion to the management through tripadvisor about improvement on the front desk, more helpful concierge and bell boy. It was my surprised their general manager send me personal email and thanks for the comment. I think a hotel with this kind of service is definitely placed on my top priority for my trip in Singapore. Best service provided when the management really listen to their client with faithful comment.
I love this hotel. Sure will come back again.

Centrally located within walking to the most touristic area (Marina Bay, One Fullerton Place, Clark Quay), great breakfast buffet

The hotel is conveniently located, you can walk to the most touristic places, museums, restaurants, sights and the MRT is close by, too. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of asian and western food, the service is discreet and attentive. A real 5 star hotel which merits every single star.

A classy hotel with excellent customer service from your first step into the hotel. Friendly smiles and greetings, easy check-in, and shown to the elevator by the front desk and into the room with introduction to the place. We booked a courtyard room but was upgraded to a Quay room due to full occupancy. Spacious room and complete amenities. Fantastic experience. Will be coming back, for sure....

mostly i visited the fullerton for work and meetings, but this time i stay further with my wife, everything is perfect from the greetings, location, our room, even our window looked inside the hotel, still the great view inside with their classic elegant place.
i enjoyed more on the gym, and the pool and look over the city view with the river up front, priceless.

Stayed here last Dec 5, 2011. The hotel's location was perfect, you get a nice view of the marina bay (if youre facing it) or boat quay on the other side. From the moment we arrive at the hotel, the service was top notch. Crew will get your luggage from your car and get it delivered to your room. Check in is a breeze, we were shown to the elevator by the front desk and into the room. The room was so spacious, complete amenities, towels, pillows, shoe shine services, automatic night curtains, everything!
The only downside was the view from our window, we booked a courtyard room but we can only see other guests windows from the other side of the hotel. It would be better to book the rooms facing marina bay or boat quay.
They have a large tv with an HDMI cable connected so I brought my laptop with me and connected it to the tv and watched movies. The entire room has surround sound system complete upto the bathtub and which was great except that the TV is not visible from there, not sure what that is for.
Their infinity pool was on the second floor and has a good view specially during the night with all the lights are lit. Only weird thing is that the hotel is beside a big office and people can literally watch you sunbathe.
Check out was also easy, they sent someone to get our luggage and store it while we do some last minute shopping. Over all it was a great experience and would surely comeback.

A classy hotel with classy service; from the front desk to housekeeping, they all serve you with a smile and with efficiency. No request is difficult. Request for a an extra bottle of water, they'll give you 4. Request for a "hard to get" reservation to a restaurant...you'll get it.
The hotel rates do not come cheap. But you'll definetly get what you pay for. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom...divine. We will be coming back. That's for sure.
