Avgerage Hotel & not worth the price

Hotel room very small even when I paid extra during check-in for their so call "bigger room".
Bathroom shower area water overflow into the room due to bad design.
Breakfast area very very small thus no way one can enjoy their breakfast as guests have to stand like at least 30mins - 1hr before they get a table. Very basic breakfast spead and some food surposed to be hot are cold. Staff at the facilities area (gym & pool) are super not friendly.
Will not go back to stay and will not recommend friends there.

Nice hotel but somehow fell short of expectations

Attracted to Quincy after reading the generally positive reviews. But the overall experience was strangely underwhelming. Perhaps I'd expected too much after getting myself all hyped up.
The lack of visible signage to inform guests that parking is at The Elizabeth next door is confusing. Moreover, this makes the walk to Quincy longer compared to hotels that has its own parking lot.
Check-in took quite long as the check-in staff had to take phone in inquiry too. Checkout though was much faster as there were more staffs on duty.
Room was clean and good sized. Was looking forward to a good night's rest on the "feather bedding and 400-thread-count sheet". But it didn't feel that much different from beds found in most decent hotels.
Didn't get to try the other amenities or breakfast the next day so can't comment.

very nice hotel
modern rooms, clean, good breakfast, beautiful, downside - quite a walk to orchard road, not good for older people amnd kids

Had a good stay in quincy. i liked rooms and the very modern facilities. it was also very convenient for breakfast to be part of the package. my mom is 60+ and its great that we dont have to go out of the hotel for breakfast in the mornings. the only downside would be the distance and walk to orchard road which are not easy for older people and small kids.

The hotel allow us to make ammendment caused my son illness, they also welcome me and always make my son smile. The staff are all friendly, they even help me with my drinks and food even if its a self serviced breakfast. When they help me with my luggage, they didnt accept the tip. When i ask for 1 shower gel they gave the whole 4 different ones and two of each. I am amazed with this hotel staff! Well done quincy!
Shopping Tip:
The walking back from shops is exhausting! I always found my self wet in sweat! Better use taxi on ur way back from malls

Hotel lacked family facilities such as child are,kids club, kids activities , kids tv. However for couples or singles without kids I would highly recommend the hotel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Buy a mrt card to use the amazing train service to get about and see Singapore for a small price

Well appointed boutique hotel

Great service, hotel staff actually do a brief intro of room. Quiet part of Orchard. Short 10 - 15 walk to the shopping belt, pretty stroller friendly. Great food, and snack avail at the pool. Good to check hotel site for deals which could be much more cheaper prior to booking. Refund could be a hassle.

A great disappointment

Heard a lot of great things about this hotel thus I decided to give it a try. However, my short stay proved to be a disappointment.
Firstly, parking at the hotel is limited. I called the reception to asked whether I can park in the reserved lot as this is the only lot left. The receptionist kept telling me that there are still available lots at B3. I am at B3 and there are lots of other cars waiting! In the end, I just parked at the reserved lot.
When I reached the lobby, there was a long queue. Turns out that the rooms weren't ready. The hotel staff said the linens weren't ready due to the delay by the laundromat. So in the end, the guests have to wait till 4pm before we can check in.
Finally inside the room. There weren't any towels. I called housekeeping twice and waited for 45 min before I got the towels.
For dinner, I ordered vongole. The chef must have no sense of smell because the whole plate of clams had already turned bad. Even my friend can smell the stench from across the table. I had to return the whole plate and totally lost my appetite.
I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon
