With an infant in tow, I enjoyed staycations which are fuss free. Great unpretentious service starts from the front desk. Ms Anita was all smiles throughout, she helped me with my luggage, showed me to my room and patiently explained the hotel facilities and benefits.
This level of service exceeds my expectations and came as a surprise. I do not even experience this in a club floor of a five star hotel.Fast response from the maintenance department to fix the lights in the cupboard during night time.
This is a full board hotel stay . Not a big variety of food but it is sufficient for me.Hotel is closely situated at various shopping centres where there are alot of shopping and dining options.

The Quincy offers a great value option for 4 star customers in an expensive city. Our experience started strongly, when the airport pick up was on time in a clean, relatively new E-Class Merc. The value proposition at Quincy is build around smaller than usual rooms, but they are well designed and in good condition. The restaurant has a good selection of (mostly basic)F&B embedded in the room rate, saving time and money, although obviously not a place for an important meeting or special occasion. The in room wi-fi was free, fast and reliable. The only small problem was that the breakfast coffee, made from one of those horrible automatic machines, was undrinkable. Overall, this was a great package, as long as you have realistic expectations.

I would like to thank you and thank each and every staff in The Quincy who made our stay a trip-to-remember and an unforgettable vacation.
Everything was just perfect from the first moment we landed to Singapore's Airport, where we were welcomed by the Limousine driver which was arranged, to the warm welcome from the hotel's Assistant Manager when we reached the hotel, to the last minute before we leave the hotel.
All of The Quincy's staff treated us as family members and were always pleased and ready to assist us.
I see that the most important thing in a hotel's success is making it's guests "feel home" even though they are away from home.
I am sure that the main reason behind all this is the management's vision which concentrates on the guests services and experience.
I would like to personally thank each and every staff.
If we planned to visit Singapore anytime soon, the first thing that will come to our minds for sure is The Quincy Hotel.
