Nice hotel with great service.

With an infant in tow, I enjoyed staycations which are fuss free. Great unpretentious service starts from the front desk. Ms Anita was all smiles throughout, she helped me with my luggage, showed me to my room and patiently explained the hotel facilities and benefits.
This level of service exceeds my expectations and came as a surprise. I do not even experience this in a club floor of a five star hotel.Fast response from the maintenance department to fix the lights in the cupboard during night time.
This is a full board hotel stay . Not a big variety of food but it is sufficient for me.Hotel is closely situated at various shopping centres where there are alot of shopping and dining options.

new, nice hotel with nice staff. the location is a bit far from the mrt, especially when carrying a lot of things after shopping. the staff were very helpful to assist in hiring taxi as not many taxi drove to that location. the swimming pool is a bit small.

Modern Hotel in great location

We chose to take the full board option. however we did not eat lunch at the hotel. The room has everything you need and if it doesn't the staff would have no problem assisting. We arrived late at night on Day 1, and the front desk arranged coffee and a light snack for us as the kitchen had closed. The friendly staff in the restaurant make it enjoyable. The selection for Breakfast is small but sufficient.

Courteous but air conditioning not working

We complain about the air conditioning in one of our rooms bec compare to the other room we got, it's quite hot, but to our dismay they said its really like that😟 we did not argue anymore... Hope they do something about it, it's in d fourth floor.
Travel tip:
Make sure that the air conditioning unit is working n. d air that comes out is cold:)

Qool Hotel with loveliest staff!!

The hotel allow us to make ammendment caused my son illness, they also welcome me and always make my son smile. The staff are all friendly, they even help me with my drinks and food even if its a self serviced breakfast. When they help me with my luggage, they didnt accept the tip. When i ask for 1 shower gel they gave the whole 4 different ones and two of each. I am amazed with this hotel staff! Well done quincy!
Shopping Tip:
The walking back from shops is exhausting! I always found my self wet in sweat! Better use taxi on ur way back from malls

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Buy a mrt card to use the amazing train service to get about and see Singapore for a small price

Great service, hotel staff actually do a brief intro of room. Quiet part of Orchard. Short 10 - 15 walk to the shopping belt, pretty stroller friendly. Great food, and snack avail at the pool. Good to check hotel site for deals which could be much more cheaper prior to booking. Refund could be a hassle.

This visit to Singapore, I stayed at three different hotels. I can give a very good comparason. Quincy is not any less compared with five-star high-end hotels. I really liked airport pick-up service, and amenities provided. Room design and general building design are very "it". Water temperature at the pool was a bit cold though.

Stylish Hotel Room and Great Environment

I'm stay with my wife and daughter in this hotel, we drove there by GPS and easy to search, just near to Elizabeth hospital and all shopping mall by walking distance, the hotel room is stylish, spacious toilet with bath tub and shower tap. beautiful and quiet environment surrounding by all luxury condo, the price is worth. But Breakfast not much choice and limited seats, need to line up if many peoples.
Travel tip:
From hotel walk down to Orchard road is about 5-10 mins, all shopping mall is surrounded. If plan to go back hotel suggest to take taxi infront of Lucky Plaza, there is plenty of taxi and just cost about SGD 3-5, due to the hotel is very tiring if walk up to the hill.

my family really liked the hotel. the bench by the window was nice and we enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. we wished we could have stayed longer. the location was great being so close to orchard road. the buffet breakfast was great. we enjoyed the huge selection of foods.
