services are fast, room is big (four season suite), basilico is nice (design) cost for taxis, far from main orchard shopping area, suite room has no view (even we pay expensive), food are so so. I choosed this hotel because its a four season hotel, and it proved by the bed and pillows, the services. but most importantly it was close to Gleneagles hospital as i was there for medical check up. but the location force me to go anywhere by taxi, and sometimes the doorman has to call one and cost me more when they were no taxi coming. food at breakfast is good although not many choices. the room service food that was terrible. but most of all it was a comfortable stay.
Travel tip : if you need anything, tang lin mall is just behind the hotel, it has foodcourt, 7eleven, and supermarket.

service, bed and pillows. in room dining, old atmosphere. i thoght the regent is close to botanical garden therefore i could have a nice walk or a room with garden view during my stay. but unfortunately the room i book has no view although it was a four seasons suite, and the jogging track to reach the garden is far. To go to orchard road is about 4 blocks away, therfore i still took taxi because im pregnant and didn't want to waste my energy just to get there. but most of all i like the hotel especially for its hospitality.

Location to Orchard st, subway, botanical Gardens. Small exercise centre. Food a bit high in cost. Overall, this is a great hotel for business as well as vacation in Singapore.It is located just off of Orchard Rd. You can go run in The Singapore Botanic Gardens from the hotel-do a full loop around the park-and be back at hotel in an hour.Very easy walk-5 mins. to Orchard St Subway line.
