Expensive Breakfast, Not worth it

Despite i have requested for early check-in, i get to only check in around 2pm. Have to call a few times to check my check-in status. Staff service is quite good. Room carpet is dirty. My feet is dirty if i do not wear my shoes and walk around the living area.One of Ceiling lamp in the living area was spoilt and i have to call the maintainence to get it repaired. The hotel furnishing is old.
Overall. for a 5* hotel, facility could be better.

Pleasant but room is dusty and smels like a new paint and carpet was newly installed . But overall is nice hotel . Breakfast food is not to my liking compare to toher hotels that I stayed. The acces card key to my room has been replaced too many times
