I went to Ritz Carlton to host a birthday party. By knowing it was my birthday, the friendly staff at Ritz Carlton made me a birthday card with birthday wishes from their staff and I get a free complimentary cake too. The staff are friendly, cheerful and their service are Excellent! the room is huge too with an awesome view. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!

This was one of the friendliest hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in. All the staff were wonderful, polite and friendly. The only draw back was that there was renovations ongoing on the New Exec Club on 32nd floor, we were informed it would be noisy during the day but work would only be from 10am to 6pm. Sunday morning it started at 08am. Not good.
