Great hotel with excellent view

I have been staying in ritz for more than a dozen times this year and all of those times has been excellent. the service is great and the room condition is excellent. I also noticed that the misleading "free wifi" sign has been removed from Agoda for this Hotel. This is a good update as to not mislead potential hotel guests.

Front desk is so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Definetely will come and stay at this hotel again when we have a chance.
Restaurant Tip:
Mall is very close and walking distance from this hotel. You can get more choices if you go to the mall for eating.

I chose this hotel because of the fantastic bathroom and I was not dissapointed. I certainly would like to go again to this hotel. And the staff performance was one of the best one I have ever experienced.
Restaurant Tip:
Choose another restaurant nearby the hotel. The food was great but so expensive.

one of the hotel with singapore's best view, directly in front of marina bay sands. to go to marina bay sands you can walk on the pedestrian bridge, takes around 10 minutes. the room and the bathroom offers excellent view, the staff is as friendly and of course clean. the room is quite spacious and taking a relaxing bath with singapore as the view is quite an experience. we are very pleased with our stay

Nice hotel but long queues for Sunday breakfast

This has always been one of my favourite hotels but few things made my stay less enjoyable than expected. First, they did not even provide free internet access in the room despite the high price of S$470++ for the room per night, which was very surprising and disappointing. Second, it took at least half an hour's waiting in the long queue to get into the restaurant for breakfast on Sunday morning. As a result I had to rush through breakfast in order to check out and catch my flight.
