I was absolutely pleased with the rate I got THEN I was upgraded upon arrival from a room to a suite! Not only that, but due to my flight time, I arrived late morning at the hotel and they were able to give me my room right then. The Marina location is one I prefer so the Ritz Carlton is nicely located. the staff was very kind and accomodating. My only complaint is that I was awakened in the middle of the night by other guests in the hallway. Overall, excellent!
Shopping Tip : The Marina Square mall is adjacent to the hotel - it's a great mall AND has underground connection to get to Raffles City, another great mall.

Rooms are noisy Not Luxurious enough
The room was Noisy I could hear people walking outside, At night could hear taps being turned on , could hear the Fidge / airconditioning at night . They did move me to a new room which was better but not noise free. The room was not luxurious enough , it was not as luxurious as one expects Ritz Carlton to be , I stayed at a Ritz carlton in the US it was much more Luxurious.The Check in was smooth , the staff were very professional and courteous , I was escorted to the room which was very good . The loocation of the hotel is very good and convenient , views are excellent. The restaurants are very good, the chinese restaurant Summer Pavilion had excellent food. It would be good to have a Western restaurant like a good steakhouse in the Hotel

currently quite a few building activities are taking place in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Noise inaudible, but view might be somewhat disappointing from certain rooms (construction cranes, several strong lights at night etc)
Superb hotel. Friendly and professional staff who demonstrate a great attention to detail. We opted for an attractively priced upgrade package to Club Level, a.o. offering great views (rooms are located on 32nd floor) free of charge internet as well as complimentary breakfast/hors d'oeuvres/bubbly cocktails etc. Rooms are of five star standard. The hotel is very conveniently located, and offers easy access to both Changi Airport and the city's many highlights.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Book early, veeeery early indeed, and you may be able to secure a room at the higher floors, allowing for great views on F1 track

food and drinks are a bit pricy
I was able to stay at Ritz for 2 nights at a very good price. Location (next to malls), facility, staff, view, anything you can think of, fantastic. The only 2 reminders are breakfast and drinks at the bar. the price of breakfast was SGD42, even though the food was fantastic. So make sure you book a room with breakfast! The drink is quite pricy on the surface, but it’s buy-1-get-1-free, make sure you order 2.
Restaurant Tip : there are malls and food courts right next to the hotel, you may want to check them out before dining at the hotel

The service at the Ritz Carlton Singapore was superb! When we asked the staff for directions, they did not merely show us where to go but they escorted us all the way to the door.
The room/bathroom are both very spacious. We had a great view of the marina from our room and had a very restful sleep from their comfortable beds.
Truly a six star hotel.

Layout of foyer area, personal attention of staff.
Pool side menu was a bit limited
Great location next to the marina and the Singapore Flyer. After you have done all the shops on previous SIN stopovers, I prefer this location as its a little removed from the hustle of the big city.
There is a little noise from all the construction happening across at the new casino, otherwise all the shopping centres are now connected thanks to the CityLink Mall.
A great hotel for someone who is comfortable with SIN city and who wants a little relaxation.
Shopping Tip : Raffles City Shopping centre can be accessed via the CityLink Mall which starts at the end of the Marina Centre (adjacent to Hotel)

Spacious Rooms, Beautiful Views, Comfortable Beds and Luxurious Toilets.
Room furnishings (couches and carpets)are showing signs of wear and tear.
Ritz Carlton's excellent standard of service has always been consistent. This visit was no exception. From check-in to housekeeping to concierge, the hospitality experience is unmatched. I have always enjoyed my retreats at Ritz Carlton. I'm always transported to a peaceful state of mind the moment I step into the guestroom!

the hotel staffs in my point of view, should be awarded A+ for their attitude. regardless of how busy, and how difficult one customer may be, they still handle it professionally which entirely fit into the category of hotel they belong to.
the lifts were taking a rather long time when the crowd was overloaded.
the rooms and the view in ritz carlton is one of the plus points that beats the rest of the hotels sitting around in the same area. regardless whether it is facing the kallang view or the marina view, both offer a different yet, refreshing view.
the huge bathroom and bathtub is also something you cannot get in any other hotel. a soothing hot tub next to the view of singapore's skyscrapers will make you want to just stay in the bath tub for hours.
the services provided also reaches the best you can get.
conclusion is, it is worth the money.
Hotel Feature Tip : try not to go on the nation's public holiday. it gets overly packed.

Big spacious room, wonderful view of the Bay.
The service here was just wonderful. Checking in was a breeze, there wasn't a need to queue despite it being rather packed. Rooms were clean and spacious, however, the decor was rather dated. Bathroom was extremely spacious and the view from lounging in the bath was breathtaking. The bed was big and comfortable.

Service was incredible
Rooms were spot- on very tidy
Just the construction going on round the back of the hotel
Excellent all round service, couldnt fault it in any way- maybe access to the surrounding malls could be improved. Pool and food was spot on, as was the taxi service outside the hotel. Check in and out was prompt and made to feel very welcome all the time during my stay.
Shopping Tip : Use the entrance to the mall to use the mrt.

I enjoyed the my 4-day stay there... Room was large..quiet and classy..I ordered a burger the 1st day, I did not like it (saggy bread). You can walk through the galleria and shop.. Nightlife is awesome anywhere you go! Go to St. James power station..check out Movida!

Spacious,grandeur,staff in general friendly and helpful(see below).Location. Facilities were adequate.
Reception desk staff appear abrupt and one gets the impression that they are doing you a favour to assist you, all other staff members were superb.
The grandeur of the hotel impresses but at times struggles to mask the small issues.Lingering tobacco smells in a non-smoking room passage. Flawed curtain in executive lounge dinning area. Fantastic views from bath room but see-through windows; spoils the idea of lying in bath enjoying the view in daylight.
The staff in general besides as mentioned at front desk are 5 star. Overall if not for the majestic building and decent sized rooms the rating will be more 4 star than as stated at times '6'. One has to compare hotels and prices in area like the Pan pacific and Conrad situated close by in 5 star category and the St Regis also in '6 star' range where private butlers are allocated and all is still fresh and new as competitors.
Travel tip : Nice jogging route or walk along river to Clark Quay

nice view, very good amenities, very helpful staff
location a little away from prime shopping area but thats ok
We got a room on 21st floor with a very good view of the city and the same amazing view of the city from the bathrrom while lying in the tub. We got a 37 inch lcd with a dvd player which I think hotels generally do not give. The staff was extremely helpful. Overall we had a good stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : merlion park was on a walking distance from the hotel

This hotel is a true 5 star property. From the time you exit your taxi until the time that you depart, everything is done perfectly. Services are delivered smoothly and with minimal disruption. When I asked for something, the request was accepted professionally and acted upon with haste.
The highlight for me however were the rooms. The bed was large and comfortable. The closet was oversized making unpacking easy. The work area was also well designed. The highlight was the bathroom which is one of the largest that I have had in a hotel and I didn't even have a suite.
I will look forward to staying there again in the future.

Since I come to Singapore until I have check out I think this hotel is great. The hotel has excellent service and the staff also very friendly. I think people must to try this hotel and also thanks to agoda to give me the good price unfortunately I not get the breakfast and can't buy in this website. Overall this hotel is a Great Hotel.
