Hotel Needs Upgrading

the hotel needs upgrading to reflect a true business hotel status in view of similar hotels in the neighbourhood.
the rooms are small, bathroom is tight and old fashioned. although the bed and pillows are comfortable, the carpets are old and dated. service was fine.

I think located in these area is good and selling points also must be well.

it was the third times I stayed, everythings was good, yes the rooms a bit smaller, not so much Taxi passed, sometimes had to wait for quite a long times. But over all was good. I will come back to stay in Traders Hotel next coming. Good luck. and thank you.
Shopping Tip:
Located near by the Orchard road, so it's easy to go for shopping.

I always stay at Travelers when visiting Singapore. Its proximity to the Botanical Gardens and the Tanglin Mall are two great benefits. And, you can walk to Orchard.

The hotel location is close to orchard road and the gleneagles hospital. The rooms are small and dated. Service was good, room is cleaned well and bed is comfortable.
Check in was efficient. Car park is spacious. Hotel is linked to tanglin mall, the mall has shops and a good food court.

Lovely Reception, with well trained polite staff

Lovely Hotel but rooms we had was small and dated. Disappointing as we tried to spend as little time there as possible. All staff we met in the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

A very pleasant and surprised night stay despite last minute booking via Agoda. Staffs are very helpful and courteous in responding to your request and queries before check in. Room compact but very cozy, and indeed I slept very well. Thanks to the comfy mattress provided!
Restaurant Tip:
Generally the food ordered from room service is very well done and tasty. Got standard.
