Nice & comfy rooms, clean & neat surroundings, friendly staff.
i think the breakfast is not good , the taste is bad...
This is the unforgettable moments for me, my husband & my little boy to have a holiday here, this is a very nice resort hotel with a big room & comfy bathroom. i really like the surrroundings, especially the pool & the view from top.
And there's a shuttle bus to take you to vivo city the largest shopping mall in singapore.
But i think the food here is not good.

New in room and other amenity, with 3 swimming pools good for kids & family
Short staffwhen call for serivce wait for long, staff not too friendly at check-in, still charge internet
Generally the hotel (Amara Sanctuary) is very new with ample of swimming pool (3) which is good for family and kids. However the kids pool need to walk quite a long way from the main building and our kid got mosquite bite on the way. the towel at the poolside is dirty and no staff on duty at the pool. The sky pool won't allow kids which is not acceptable. While the room is clean and new but very long reply when ask for room service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : better ride on their free shuttle bus to Vivo center as not cloase to the Monorail station

New and good view, 3 swimming pools for family vacation
Far from Monorail station and poor response to room service request
