The hotel has a very nice location, just above a MRT station. There is a food court nearby, so we can easily grab something to eat with a reasonable value. The pool is nice. The room is not too big but still good enough for us. The room rate is ok, but increasing significantly since our last stay.

Convenient location & staffs are very cooperative.

Slightly below 4 star standard.Price is little high according to the standard.House keeping is not very good because they do not clean the room properly.Breakfast menus are limited.V Hotel is situated in a convenient location near Lavender Mart Station.

room is enough for 3 adults. below is mrt lavendar. latest free check out will be at 1pm. additional $20/hour. 3 keys were given. below have small food shops. clean hotel. everyday they clean the room.

the hotel presented a crowded lobby and small guest room, especially the bathroom has very minimum space for shower. at night we did not get sufficient hot water for shower. Breakfast was quite good, but since it's located at open terrace, we disturbed by birds while sometime met it on the table in front of us.
Shopping Tip:
could try to enjoy walking to Bugis Area and Mustafa Center

hotel location is good with a 24 hour food court around the conner.room are clean but small and shower room are very small. waiting time for the lift is challangeng especially peak hours.for parking you need a cash card.

Not good service at front desk. When we check-in around 6pm, they were 5 officers at their station. Only one line serving the guest while 4 others busy typing the computer.
Even you approach to their desk, none of them bother to serve you until you call them. Helloo.... Should the guests welcome you guys?
Room is not spacious, but it's okay. But shower room should be improved, very small. Shower room looks like budget hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the hotel location is good, one line MRT to changi airport.
and there is foodcourt (Kopitiam)open 24 hours
