nice view from hotel
nice view, location, relatively good size

Cons: Hotel was crowded with people but luckily there we're more than 3 lifts to accommodate.
Pros: Room was nice and service was good. Location is good too but sadly no free parking despite being under one hotel.
Should have free parking for guests.

I like the room but breakfast is really rubbish. The combination really terrible and the quality really the dog food in army times.
Travel tip:
A big NO for the breakfast. Look for your own breakfast outside

Hotel located just above MRT metro station with lots of food stall at ground floor.

The location is good, which the MRT station is nearby with lots of restaurants. And the one-day tour bus station to Legoland is near the hotel too.
However, I worried about the luggage since it was kept in an open area and not secured and the room is too small.

as i had booked this hotel for 1 of my overseas business partner, he find v hotel a pleasure to stay in as their rooms are clean and good size. eateries and restaurants are within walking distance and central location makes it easy assess to major attractions and shopping malls. hotel staffs are smiley and eager to help. i would definitely choose this hotel for my visitors as the price is reasonable.

Parking should be free for hotel guest.Lobby very crowned with tourist when checked in. Don't used the restaurant, so not comment.Cleanliness of room very good interior good layout and nice fitting and the room was very cleaned. Location very good.
Good view from room too.

this hotel is on a diret line by train from the airport. Walking distance to the bus station at golden Mile. The rooms are very clean and well deorated. staff are very helpful.Food is available at your doorstep. I found everthing to be very convienient. Room standard very good. good value for my last minute discounted special price of $

Staff doesnt greet you with a smile or whatsoever

The staff does not welcome you with a smile. Does not tell you anything, just ask for your reservation and passes you the key without informing you what floor it is. Is this how you treat a customer in a 4 star hotel? You should be degraded to 1 star. This is the first time i feel unwelcomed when checking in a Hotel. Even the toilet is TOO small, i repeat TOO small. I rather you downsize the space in the room and provide a bigger bathing area for your customers. This is a hotel i will never look back. Even when checking out, the receptionist did not say thank you or even give a simple smile. All the person said was ok.
