room is clean but slightly smaller than we expected. suitable for business and shopping trip and room is comfortable for not more than 2 people. right smack behind a food court which makes it very convenient!

The hotel is a bit overpriced, the only good point of the hotel is the location. One can access anywhere of the city by just taking the MTR however Singapore is not a big city. Access by any public transport is ample. The breakfast of the hotel is just average and they don't on the aircond before 12 noon. Even though energy saving is a must now, they should consider the comfort of the guests at least by offering the Fans. The service of the staff are just mechanical which i think they have too many guests to serve in one day ( imagine there are over 800 rooms i this hotel). There is no free wifi service for the guests which i find it very ridiculous.
Shopping Tip:
Easy access to any shopping area and shopping centre by taking the MTR.

Its a nice hotel located just behind of Lavender MRT station. Room is small but clean with all moden furntures. Staff are friendly, food are average. The hotel provides what it stated in advertising, easy access and conviniet.

Location is excellent - literally next to the MRT station, and there are plenty of food in the proximity.. Rooms are a little small, but makes it have a homey feel.. Also, could've been better if there was a free broadband wi-fi in the room. Lifts are often crowded, but it just shows that the place is popular :)

The hotel is very well known for traveller with fair price.
But the room is quite small, it's ok to spend 2-3 night there.
Internet not included in booking have to pay extra US$ 10.I stayed in triple room but still small in size.

I came here as a solo traveler.this is a great hotel with helpful staffs and great location.it only take 2 mins walking to reach Lavender mrt station.
