Great Location but too crowded

The room is small but clean. Great location as it is just next to the MRT station and a few stops away from the city centre. The best is there is a 24 hours foodcourt right next to the hotel, we don't have to go and hunt for local food. The only downside is the hotel is crowded most of the times and we have to wait long to be able to get into the lift.

Clean room, standard amenities, but not recommended for the breakfast as it is not worth for the extra pay.
The hotel is not difficult to find either by MRT or taxi.

great location for easy access to mrt and bus -both right outside the doors. no outside noises to disturb you! although busy hotel staff were very helpful and friendly -rooms clean and tidy, with fresh bottled water daily. interesting view from the room. good and varied choice for breakfast.definately value for money.

The hotel location is great as there are 24hr foodcourt nearby and fast food outlet. The room is clean and just nice for a 2 persons. Although it should be a non-smoking room there is a stinky smell in the room.

wonderful location with hotel just above the mrt lavender station.
unfortunately, booking done through agoda doesn't come with free-wifi. with the same price, booking direct with hotel website does provide its guest with free-wifi. hotel-v should consider giving free-wifi to all its guests, may they book direct with hotel website or through third party booking agency.

Great location away from centre of town. Fantastic pool- a great relief from the heat. Transportation system was very easy and felt very safe.
Shopping Tip:
Lots of high end shopping but difficult to find average / normal shopping aras.

Spent 3 nights at the hotel for business. This hotel is very popular among large travel tour groups which makes the lobby/reception area always crowded and busy. The room are also quite small by Singapore standards but for the price, it's understandable. The staff are also helpful and accommodating to needs.
The best thing about the hotel is the proximity of MRT station and there's a 24 hour food court nearby.

Very convenient access to food court, MRT station and bus stop.
Famous Lavender Food Court and Beach Road market are just few bus stop away.
Travel to downtown tourist attraction was taken less than 30 mins by public transportation.
I would recommend this hotel to those 1st time traveller to Singapore.
Restaurant Tip:
A must to visit Lavender food court and Beach Road market to taste local delights at reasonable price.
