Good hotel and location

The hotel has decent facilities with just about everything you want for a comfortable stay. Do not expect to get delighted at this hotel by expecting high quality linen, carpets etc etc. For the price, it is worth staying in the hotel, especially on short tours where we spent most of the time outside, and used the rooms only for night stay.

The hotel located is very close to Lavender MRT, very convenient. The check-in process is very quick and straight forward just ID verification. Friendly staff. The cons is the conditions of the room is a bit dirty on the working table, I can spot one small cockroach passing on the table.

location. very convenient for tourist. mrt station and bus stop are few steps a way from the hotel. also, there is kopitiam just outside the hotel that is open 24 hours a day.
rooms. the room is small (as expected). however, the space is used efficiently.
staff. the staff is very friendly and accommodating at all times. we were allowed to check in at 11 am. also, all pre-arrangements were followed to the dot.

Small room with great location
Superb location, directly above MRT, restaurants available nearby

The superior room I stayed in was nice and clean although a bit small for the price. Room smelled of cigarettes. Bathroom very small, water leaks from bath trough to the toilet area. Would go again though for short trips.

love to stay at v hotel.kids enjoy swimming at the pool. foods n mrt are one step ahead. it's so easy to reach from changi. surely i'll be back.

Great locations with all amenities
Location is the wonderful

Overall is good but noisy at midnight especially many group visitors who move luggages and occupied the elevator all the time. The hotel stuff used speakers in the early morning in front of my door.
Generally, I will still recommend to my friend and would choose to stay next time.

good location,mrt station at door step.
24 hr foodcourt located next to the hotel, plenty of eatery around. room is small but ok based on singapore standard.
hotel lifts are poorly designed, have to wait very long and usually are very crowded. Full of package tour guests; like students, China tourist, etc.,

Great Location but too crowded

The room is small but clean. Great location as it is just next to the MRT station and a few stops away from the city centre. The best is there is a 24 hours foodcourt right next to the hotel, we don't have to go and hunt for local food. The only downside is the hotel is crowded most of the times and we have to wait long to be able to get into the lift.
