excellent all round stay. all staff were very helpful and no issues at all. we arrived early but the hotel accepted our luggage so we could see the sights on arrival.
Shopping Tip:
close to bugis shopping centre with mrt close also

The front desk staft can be more polite. The location was good. it was easy to go for my meetings as near a mRT. also easy to get food as there are 24 hours shops around. also buses and taxis are there.

I like this hotel because it is clean and everything looked new. It also has all the basic necessities. The swimming pool is clean. The hotel is just next to the Lavender MRT station and thus making traveling to other tourist spots extremely easy. Finding places to eat is also very easy because there are food court and shop nearby. Will definitely come back again if there is opportunity.

VeVery small rooms, specially bathroom was difficult even to turn around when having a shower, However modern and clean. Friendly staff. Very crowded lifts as it seems to be a favourite of the tourist companies.

The hotel is quite basic. Unlike other hotel , it does not require any deposit either via cash / credit card. Breakfast is weak thus go for the non breakfast room

Hotel is on the city center and on top of an MRT station. It's very accessible.

Disgraceful hotel, extremeley small rooms
this hotel has one good feature, a taxi rank at the door to get you away fast.

This would have to be the worst place i have ever stayed. 4* my rear end. A backpackers resort would be better.The rooms are so small 2 persons cannot pass each other. The shower barely has room for one - better if you leave the door open. The service what service. Breakfast was disgarceful,the plates and glasses are chipped or cracked - health hazzard. The rooms smell really bad and staff have to come and purify them. In general this hotel spoilt our stay in Singapore.
