This is not the first time i stay in this hotel.
I loved to stay in this hotel because they have MRT station (lavender MRT station) on the basement of this hotel, so even the hotel is not at the crowd area, i can easily go aywhere i want by MRT. The room is not big but its clean. And the other good point of this hotel is they have food court which some open for 24 hours.

convenient location, especially for bookworms!
no need to bring an umbrella if you are only out to go shopping in the orchard main malls - it is right beside the mrt. a number of food stalls are right beside it too.

since the main malls in orchard are connected underground, the weather is not a factor when shopping at orchard. the best part is, the lavender station is just a stop away from bugis station, which is walking distance to bras basah complex-where a good number of local bookstores are found.

Lovely hotel, great location, good services.
The staffs are efficient, polite and very helpful.

very good budget hotel
it is new, near MTR, close to food stall, free WIFI

I stay there for one night and check in very late (after 1 am midnight).
They keep a nice room for me. Since it is newly renovated, the room is pretty clean and with free WIFI (but only for one phone at a time).
It is a good one with 'value for money' and convenient location

Very good location with a good price
On top of the Lavender MRT and shops that close late

when looking for a decent hotel (usd ish) with a good location in singapore this hotel is still my first choice if room size and comfort isn't too important. rooms are really tiny with some facing a brick wall, an even tinier shower and with an unremarkable breakfast buffet. wifi access is messy too because you need to get a voucher from the front desk, which can get very packed at times. in spite of all this, the location makes up for the shortcomings.
