Good location, very close to Lavender MRT station & a 24-hour open food court (reasonable price), clean room with necessary items e.g. toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioners, bath lotions.

Great location but small rooms
very convenient. right above the MRT station.

pretty convenient place as the MRT station is right underneath. twin bed rooms are somewhat small esp the bathroom. The hotel is new and has not established a well trained service crew yet. In a way it also means you have much more freedom and have some 'exploit' on this service immaturity. In general it was okay and pleasant for those who find it affordable.

The first impression of the room was clean and tidy. The hotel was very crowded (full of tourists), resulting in quite some lift-waiting delay. Facilities wise, we can't really comment much as we never used the gym and the swimming pool. However, we took a stroll at the pool side and it was really clean. One additional recommendation for the hotel would be: Please do something about your lift system. It's good to protect hotel guests by implementing the room card scanning system. However, many a times that scanner doesn't seem to be detecting the card. It would be wonderful if this can be resolved.

The lavendar MRT is just stone throw away

Very nice hotel in a great location central to all directions during your Singapore stay.The only drawback to this hotel was the size of the rooms,and wait till you get into the shower it is bloody small. Other than that it is a very clean. good hotel in a great location

Efficient, clean, great pool and above MRT station make it a very good choice. Get to airport for $3 on MRT. Rooms small but that is Singapore at this type of rate.

The Kowloon Shangri-La is a very nice and elegant. Location is very convenient, approximately 5 minute walk to the subway, lots of shopping and restaurants right outside the hotel, and a short walk to the Star Ferry over to Central Hong Kong. The staffs are friendly and the rooms are roomy, spacious, and well appointed. I used their car service from the Airport. The pick up was excellent. They used a very nice Limousine Mercedes. All in all a very nice hotel and one I would recommend.
