Nice hotel and great location

The hotel has strategic location, good services, clean, rooms so so, etc. Unfortunetly the shower place is very small, very unreasonable to have such a small space for shower.
The good thing is the MRT station just underground below the hotel. And bus station exactly in front of the hotel. So we can go around to another place with MRT or bus, so we can save the taxi cost.
One thing also nice,they allow us to check in early at 11.00 am, because we arrive in the airport early.

Beautiful, Professional, and Convenient Hotel

The service was wonderful, got to check in to our hotel room early, the room itself had a great view of the pool, room was clean and nice, beautiful bathroom with amenities, and best of all, it was convenient since the MRT station was right outside the hotel, and there was a food court outside as well in case you get hungry. They also have tour packages that you can sign up for at the hotel lobby, and they will pick you up right at the hotel and bring you to the attraction. They also hold your bags there and have shuttles to take you to the airport as well. All in all, would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

A great Hotel with a reasonable price

We are very satisfied and happy staying in V Hotel Lavender, have a very helpfull counter staff, the process of check in is not complicated. It's very good location as near with MRT access or bus so we could reach wherever we go and the traffic not very hectic in front of the hotel,as well as some restaurant which open until late of the night,it's easy for us to buy food and drink. For traveller who go around and come back late of the night and feel hungry,it's easy to find a food. The hotel have a nice interior for bed room and bath interior, it's a modern style and clean, eventhough is small.
Shopping Tip:
It's very near to Bugis area, only 5 minutes by bus.

Comfortable hotel with some shortcomings
Its greatest advantage is Its accessibility to Changi Airport and the city centre via the MRT.

They tend to neglect long term guests by not refreshing toiletries and soap every day. Otherwise it offers a comfortable, albeit slightly cramped accommodation close to the city centre. Breakfast is adequate with a standard menu.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are travelling in a group, make sure you are all booked on the same floor as the room security card only allows you access to your room level. You cannot visit other guest levels.

very inflexible systems - no glasses supplied in the rooms - we were told it was "policy". at breakfast, you could not go straight to the dinning area then charge it to your room then eat. you had to go to the ground floor, get a voucher from reception (waitin a queue behind people checking out), then back up 4 floors to the dinning area to hand over the voucher.
we went down for breakfast on the first morning at 9.40am (it stated that breakfast finished at 10.00am). virtually no food left, no replacements were being put out, in fact the staff were clearing everything away.

Good location
Good showers, stylish rooms, great location

We had a good time there. The rooms are small but nice. Located just a minute a way from the lavander train station so access to the city and airport is easy. We just stayed for two nights so we didn't use the swimming pool but it looked nice. The internet we bought for 24hrs didn't work in our room, only in the hallway and lobby. Would stay here again.

the hotel is right above a metro station, its not noisy but its very convenient, there are lots of restaurants near the hotel as well as a food court.
