Modern Hotel, close to the beautiful Arab quater
Nice, very new hotel above Lavendr MRT station

The hotel is pretty new and situated just above the Lavender MRT station. The room was quite small but I did not mind as the bed was large and comfortable. The only pain was a Chinese students group that made a lot of noise in the middle of the nice. All in all, a very good price for a nice stay in Singapore.

mrt-station directly below the hotel

mrt-station "lavender" directly below the hotel. just 2 stations with green line to mrt-station "city hall". directly beside and below hotel some small restaurants and shops. the hotel itself is clean. outdoor-pool is on 4th floor at a terrace. there is also the only restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. gym is just a small room. all in all is good value for the money.
Restaurant Tip:
Directly below Hotel is a cheap Food-court with many different restaurants.

Wonderful location
Great location (near the mrt), 24 hours food availability, clean

Great hotel which is located next to a mrt station and with 24 hours food, however, the hotel rooms were unexpectedly small (do not let the photos fool you). The pillows were quite uncomfortable too. But if you are here on a holiday looking for a reasonable place with good services, this would be the place.

great location and clean room

This place is great .the MRT station is right below the hotel .There is also a food court and many shops in that area . Mins to Bugis junction , city square shopping and lots of eateries . The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are big and price is good for such a hotel near MRT

The Price its not so expensive, the location is so near with MRT, also many cheap food near the hotel, good service, but need extra 10$ for the wi-fi...

Great location above Lavender MRT station
It was easily located above the MRT station at Lavender and easy access to MRT train system. There is a very good food court nearby.

While the rooms are small, the beds were comfortable and that is what i wanted - a place to sleep and during the day to sightsee

Elevators take forever and lobby always crowded with BO smell. Staff very friendly though, thats a saving grace.

Very small rooms compared to the size of the hotel. There seems to be traffic from tour operators & visitors from various countries flock together. Proximity to city link mall & Bugis for all shopping needs.

Accessibility, clean and affordable

spacious room that was cosy and comfortable. basic amenities were all there. could have more power points for the needs of the business traveler.
although located close to town, accessibility to public transportation isn't immediately apparant. most of the other hotel guests, took the easy way out cabbing instead. that said, there were cabs at any time of day.
hotel staff were not top notch though, but provided adequate service. amenities in the area limited - local knowledge necessary.
