Nice and clean hotel, nearby MRT
near mrt and easy to get food and drink

We like this hotel because its location is above the Lavender MRT station, so it was convenient for us for travelling to our favorite place such as Orchard, Sentosa island, Marina Bay area etc. Also in the ground floor of hotel, we could a variety of food and drinks, so we can have breakfast or dinner easily

Great Hotel with Strategic Location
Only step away to Lavender MRT Station, Bus Station, and Kopitiam

this hotel is very good for you who wants to travel around singapore with affordable budget. the hotel price is not to expensive for great hotel with great location.
next to the hotel you can find lavender mrt station and bus station. so you should not walk to far to go anywhere with that public transportations. taxi always available too.
you want to eat ? you easilly can find hawker place / kopitiam and wendy's fast foot in the back side of the hotel next to mrt station.
for you who only transit for a while in singapore should stay here because its location near to changi airport, only 30 minutes using a taxi and spend almost 20 sgd.

Good Hotel to Stay although room a bit small
MRT & Food Court Just at bottom of hotel

Friendly staffs & good location since very near to MRT although nothing great to walk around nearby.
Food alley along the way to MRT, very convenient for tummy especially during night time for supper.
The room is slightly small if travel with young children but still acceptable. Bathroom is clean enough although bit small.
Shopping Tip:
Just go down to MRT station & Bugis, Orchid are just few station away.

Located right next to Lavender MRT, this is a very good location which is affordable yet near the city. small room but given the low price, it is considered good enough. hotel is very packed and usually fully booked. many eateries next to hotel.

Modern Hotel, close to the beautiful Arab quater
Nice, very new hotel above Lavendr MRT station

The hotel is pretty new and situated just above the Lavender MRT station. The room was quite small but I did not mind as the bed was large and comfortable. The only pain was a Chinese students group that made a lot of noise in the middle of the nice. All in all, a very good price for a nice stay in Singapore.

mrt-station directly below the hotel

mrt-station "lavender" directly below the hotel. just 2 stations with green line to mrt-station "city hall". directly beside and below hotel some small restaurants and shops. the hotel itself is clean. outdoor-pool is on 4th floor at a terrace. there is also the only restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. gym is just a small room. all in all is good value for the money.
Restaurant Tip:
Directly below Hotel is a cheap Food-court with many different restaurants.

Wonderful location
Great location (near the mrt), 24 hours food availability, clean

Great hotel which is located next to a mrt station and with 24 hours food, however, the hotel rooms were unexpectedly small (do not let the photos fool you). The pillows were quite uncomfortable too. But if you are here on a holiday looking for a reasonable place with good services, this would be the place.
