Dark Hotel and normal stay
Very convenient, near bugis, and the hotel downstairs are all the heartland foods

New hotel, built by mid 2011, is not what I expected. The hotel is a very simple which I consider a 3 star at least hotel with all room essential amenities equipped but don't expect high quality provided. Though a new hotel, you won't feel it's new because you might feel the rooms are not very well kept. TV channels are limited to local channels only but most channels are of no images. You still see dirt stain on the towel, feels not too clean. Colour of the rooms are dark, as the furniture are dark in colour and lights are the only thing that makes the room brighter. The whole hotel will make you feel dull, bored and happy feeling, not just in room and also the moment you step into the hotel lobby. No complimentary car park coupon for hotel guest (this is strange, seems like hotel guest has no privileges). Given such condition, makes me don't even want to try their semi-buffet breakfast even if it's included in my hotel stay, I rather buy some food from nearby the hotel. Corner lift design is abit strange which have 2 exit (1 for staff, 1 for guest/public), which makes it confusing.

Unfortunately the room was tiny and did not in any way reflect. The room did not contain any hotel information with only a menu being provided which was covered in sticky food. There was also no items in the room mini bar.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out China Town, Clarke Quay and Marina District.

Great location but room a bit small.
location. close to mrt station & 24 hrs kopitiam (food court)

generally, we found that the hotel is lovely with great location.
mrt station located just right below the building!
there is also a 24hrs kopitiam (food court) & snack stall located at ground floor.
the only set back is the room & its bathroom is a bit small. i have difficulty when i try to shower my kid.
Restaurant Tip:
For family who travel with toddler, you may buy porridge at one of the stall at the kopitiam.

Probably one of the WORST hotel as far as the service is concerned. Equally bad in terms of Cleanliness & facilities. Definately NOT worth the money paid !!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Shall not recommend to anyone. Do not even consider as a last option.

i dislike the fact that the hotel is not in close proximity to the new places in singapore

Great location but very small room
A 24 hour food court is next to the hotel and d mrt is around d corner.

We checked in at 12 midnite and the front office were very kind to allow us to check out at 2pm. We find it very convenient to move around from this hotel as the mrt is just below d hotel. Food is available anytime at d nearby 24 hours food court.

hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of singapore. you can find many eateries nearby including hawker stalls and fruit stalls. the mass rapid transit (mrt) station is just a stone throw away. the hotel room is well equipped with the basic amenities. room and toilet is clean, bed is comfortable

Great location but small rooms

the hotel is just next to lavender mrt which is very convenient. room is small, but clean.
however, the breakfast buffet provided is not nice.

good location which is close to MTR Lavender

We had total 6 people in 2 triple rooms. The triple room size is not as small as our expectation. Our first imrpession for the room is quite new and tidy though we saw a cockroach walking on the wall(of course we killed it immediately).
But one of the rooms was found serious water leakage from the basin after use. Also, we found no housekeeping(didn't refill any toilet paper, shampoo and etc.) for the room in the second day, perhaps they missed it!
There is a public housing estate opposite of the hotel, we found there is dirty street which is definitely out of our expectation that Singapore is a very CLEAN country.
