Good location (Lavander MRT stop) but huge hotel

We were really well in the hotel, we actually asked for a change in our room due to the noise of the aircon and the phone line and they did it automatically without us suggesting.
Everything is so ready for the clients and always clean.
It is a huge hotel, with so many rooms so you expect that there will always be people everywhere waiting for the lift.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can go walking everywhere, even though there is the MRT stop next to the hotel: Kampang part, Little India, China Town, the river, Marina bay...Singapore is a beautiful city to walk and get lost in its streets.

Noisy and no housekeeping service.

it is 3 stars hotel, so what more you can expect. it is quite crowded, you have to queue for getting in the lifts (up or down). lots of guests, and so sometimes you hear noises from the walkway when the guests called other friends or relatives. you could be waken up from the noisy so early even though you are in bed.
you cannot expect any services from the house keepers i.e. ironing board, because there is none.

Good hotel in the suburb area where can give guests a lot of conviniences includes 24 hours food court n tuck shop, taxi are available in front of hotel front gate at all times. hotelhas got. Travel agent service which can provide day tour to most of the popular places in singapore.

Busy, almost chaotic lobby area.
Rooms small yet clean and functional.
Bathrooms too small for someone over 6' tall and if you are rather portly you will definitely not fit into the shower which is just 70cm wide so better upgrade.
Breakfast was a big disappointment. The quality and nutritional value of the fare poor. The chef is obviously adhering to a strict and frugal budget.
Household staff were very slow to respond to requests and always miserable; taking over 1 hour to deliver a dirty iron to the room and 50 minutes to deliver tea bags. Always arrived at the door sour faced. Needless to say no tips were earned!
The hotel has a policy of pay as you go as opposed to pay on check out and it was hard to convince them to add internet vouchers and laundry to the bill as they were demanding cash payments.
Luckily we spent most of the time out and about, returning only to sleep, so the inconvenience was minimal.
Spending as much time away from the hotel as you can makes it bearable.

Great location but small rooms
the location is closed to Changi Airport & Singapore downtown. The hotel is clean & neat.

The shower area is too small n not comfortable to take a shower. The air-cond is out of control & temperature can not be adjusted. The rest of features is good n worth to stay as its location is great, next door is MRT Lavender station.

V Lavender Hotel is located just right above MRT Lavender. That's the Great Location,it is very easy to go anywhere. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are small. The Hotel is also just right in front of the 24hrs foods Court. Hotel staff is very nice and efficiency information given.

v hotel lavender is quite affordable & cleanliness with 24 hours food court just beside & some others stores which is very convenience for tourist. maybe for those who doesn't know that this hotel has easy access to mrt station which provide easy traveling to other places, hence save a lot of money.

its always good as usual for hotel location services. but i think the price is getting higher and higher which is not reasonable for room size plus no breakfast included. If there is new hotel come out with great location but slightly more expensive, I may try it.

I felt the reception staff & manager was a bit rude, not really good service, but good location right above Lavender MRT station where you can easy take MRT to Orchard,Bugis,Raffle Place,...
Restaurant Tip:
24-hr food court next to the hotel.....
