A rare bargain in Singapore
price and right on top of the mrt subway

great price, but rooms are tiny. 2 people would have trouble getting around each other.
beds are hard as a rock too. that being said, i'd stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If there for a few days, get a Nets Flash pay card for the transit system. You get a discount on travel and any cash left on it is fully refundable when you return it.

we stayed there for 5 days and hotel seemed to be decent. though the room appears small but since most of the time we were roaming around we didnt expect more. swimming pool and gym are well maintained. the staff were coordial. it is reasonably close to mustafa shopping center and many local restaurants. cons: no free wifi anywhere in the hotel, small rooms

have read that the washroom is tiny, but the one i stayed in actually is decent in size with separated shower stall. unbeatable location especially for biz travelers taking mrt. plus there is a 24-hour food plaza just downstairs!

the hotel is clean and situated in a very great location. mrt lavender and 24hrs food court are just behind the hotel. however the room is so small, especially the shower room. i would recommend this hotel for traveler who spend most of the time outside hotel room.

Great Location with new furnishing

Situated near to town/city center, V hotel has a great location. It is very near to the lavendar MRT station, and hence, Orchard Road and City Hall is just a stone throw away. Hotel is rather new and it is a good place to stay in for travellers who are looking for relatively cheap accomodation near to the heart of all happenings in Singapore!

Convenient to travel on MRT

I stayed for four nights with my family in this hotel. It offers much convenience to travellers who prefer to travel by MRT since it is located directly above the Lavender MRT Station. There is a food court outside the hotel building, which operates 24 hours a day. Yet, it is quite crowded during lunch and dinner peak hours. The hotel lobby is too small, and for most of the times is packed with luggages of hotel guests. Only six lifts are provided for hotels guests of some 800 rooms. As such, we need to spend much time in using the lifts. The rooms are too small.

Convenient to travel by MRT.

Good budget hotel with great location

The hotel is directly above the Lavender MRT and there are a lot of food stalls at the station so everything was quite convenient. 30 mins to the Airport by train and only costs S$1.1-$2.1 to get to most MRT stations in SG. The bathroom was on the small side but adequate for single travelers, might be a bit crowded in the morning with more people.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Hokkien Fried Noodles and Ice Kachang at the Kopitiam directly below the hotel.
