Small room, crowded hotel - not going back

The room is small, the hotel is really crowded and there is a parking facility but not complimentary. The parking charges are very high too. Paid for wifi but it is hardly working.

Very new hotel close to Kallang river
Very new hotel close to the center as well as the Kallangriver - good price

The hotel is very near by the Kallang river and the city center - just above the Lavender Metro station. It is very new and you gain much value for your money.

Budget Hotel at good location
strategically located above mrt station with 24 hours food court.

Good side:
The hotel is strategically located just above Lavender MRT station, convenient going anywhere in Singapore through the MRT network. However, during our visit the lift for the disabled were out of order, thus if you have old folks travelling with wheel chair, reconsider using MRT as mode of your transportation.
In addition there are several food stalls available, lunch or dinner is not a problem.
Down side:
The room is relatively small, the housekeeping were done in late hours (afternoon). Cleanliness might be an issue too as we found small cockroach inside the room.
Overall, for short stay, this hotel could be a good choice.

Thought the room is small but it contained all that are needed for a good hotel stay to catch some rest.
I would say "small yet cosy".
I would recommend friends and relatives to stay in this hotel for it convenience to the city as MRT station is just a stone away.

my sta in v hotel is great, there's a lot of fastfood restaurant, lavender mrt station is just 2 mins walk. my overall stay in a hotel is very good. when i return in singapore, i will surely book again in v hotel.

Bad experience fm the front desk staff

For just a little enquiry about the wifi system , we received unfriendly response from the front desk staff! She was too rude to us and it's difficult for any customer to accept it . .we reported to the manager and expected him to treat it seriously , However , the staff call back to " appologize " , but none of us could feel her sincerity .
I hope the manager of v hotel could tackle it seriously .
Nightlife Tip:
Most of the shops close at 8 to 9 pm

stayed for just a night.hotel was clean and nice.very centrally located.mrt and shops just below the hotel.however,room and toilet was very cramp.had the breakfast buffet as well which was pretty much basic foods.staff was friendly.could do better by offering free parking for those guest who drive from up north (malaysia) or locals looking at a staycation.
