good location, just above lavender mrt station. but very small room and shower area is very very small. doesn't really matter if you are going out most of the time. bed is alright. ideal for sightseeing or business.
some issues with housekeeping. housing keeping team is doing housekeeping in our room about 11pm when we got back hotel. don't have "do not disturb" sign; no lockset from inside. the housekeeper barged in the room while we are in the room.

Great location, just above Lavender Station, Kopitiam in the ground floor...

Best thing about V Hotel is location. It is just above the Lavender Station. You can reach most of your destinations/tourist attractions by SMRT. We also took the SMRT to and from Changi airport, which is very convenient. There is a Kopitiam in the ground floor of the building which opens early in the morning and closes late at night, with a 24-hour take-out counter. Rooms are smaller than we expected but clean with a nice view of the city's skyline. They have Filipino speaking receptionists.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the SMRT to reach tourist attractions. It's cheaper, fast and hassle free. Get a tourist SMRT card and get a refund of unused credits before you go home. You may buy SMRT card at the SMRT stations and some selected 7-11 sotres near the stations.

The hotel is just above Lavender Station. You can reach Sentosa, Universal Studios, Marina Bay, Singapore Flyer, Singapore Science Center, Orchard Lane, Mustafa shopping center and other destinations conveniently by taking the SMRT. There is a Kopitiam, Wendy's Hamburger, and take-out food counters at the ground floor of the building. Rooms are small. The bathroom is likewise small - if you are about 5'8" tall, you will have difficulty taking a shower without your elbows hitting the walls. Nevertheless, over-all stay is satisfying.

After paying for wifi for 2 days in my room, the wifi expired about 6pm and I was due to check out in the morning.

i stay in First House Hotel, in bangkok, i love this hotel, couse strategy place. beside near pratunam market, platinum mall, n the other, so many food outside Thanku first House hotel, n thanku too agoda

good location (just above lavender station), same line to airport. few stops to main cbd area, bus stops and train station at door stop. good for shopping trip/ business trip. room is tiny though for the price you pay

It was extremely easy to locate. There's the mrt, taxis and buses at the doorstep of the hotel. A very good location. Clean and worth the money in singapore's context. Easy to find local delights.

It's near to Train station and that's it.
Steps away from Hotel to MRT Station. Won't get a single rain drop when you walk from Hotel to the MRT Station.

We are looking for a hotel near MRT Station and this is the hotel fully fulfill our first requirement.
Rooms are very small with the price you paid.
No good sound proof for the room. People walking and talking wake us up for a couple of times.
There are many tour groups staying in that hotel that results the hotel lobby is very messy and noisy.
