Nice, strategic location but tiny rooms
location at mrt station, value for money

superior room on the 15th floor. staff was friendly and was able to check in early without any extra costs. rooms are clean and modern but tiny. two adults would have problem moving around freely in the room. shower area is also very small. would have appreciated having more than two pillows provided.
great location as it is on the lavender mrt station so can easily get around the city.
we did not try out the pool or restaurant facilities.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Eat at the Kopi tian food cour at the back of the hotel. Cheaper than the hotel, and much more exotic.

Hotel with easy access to commuters

its located right outside of the mrt station. at this trip, we get a breakfast and just found out it has a cozy restaurant.

Good location, but rooms are small
The pool, the gym, the shops, the MRT and Singapore Immigration Dept is just across the street

It's affordable but a bit bare. There are no warm yellow lights in the room (and no standing lamps or bedside lamps), only very harsh, very white energy saving lights with no dimmers. So, you either have lights on or off, nothing in between. There are curtains, but there are no day curtains, only thick night curtains. The shower room is very very small – when I turned around in the shower room, I actually accidentally hit the tap and accidentally turned off the shower. It feels like a budget hotel but the staff services seem 4-5 stars. The corridors are long and there are a LOT of rooms on each floor.

if you are just looking for a place to sleep and shower then this is a perfect place. hotel was always busy and room/bathroom are very small!
don't not book your breakfast with the hotel as it's overprice. you can get decent food right next to 24 hour cafe or take mrt bugis station one stop from lavender.

Stopover on way home provided a clean and tidy hotel with facilities to leave luggage until flight time while we explored some of the city. Handy to the MRT and accessible to the city by taxi or explore on foot at a leisurely pace. Food outlets also underneath
Shopping Tip:
A visit to Mustafas shopping centre in Little India is sure to please

Good Hotel for Budge Traveler

it situates right next to the mrt lavender station. i just spent s$2 each and 40 miniutes to go to the airport. no luxury decoration but clean and tidy. staff are helpful and effective.
food court next door is not too nice but with cheap price and many choices. no free wifi is the most upset area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Buy a stored value ticket when arriving Singapore. It can be used for both MRT and buses. The ticket can be return before leaving Singapore. Hadling fee is just S$5. Taking bus rides for sight seeing is a very good experience.

I booked this hotel from Agoda and found that the hotel has a nice location. It sits next to an MRT station so it is easy to get from anywhere in Singapore. It has a 24 hours restaurant so finding Singaporean food can never be easier. The room is a bit small even after a small courtesy upgrade. The bed is clean. The view is nice since the window is large. The bathroom is also small. Other than that, the price is average. The service is excellent.

this hotel is very busy though, so if you're after some quietness, maybe you wont' enjoy as much.
