i liked the hotel very much due to excellent service, good location, friendly staff and prompt service provided. though wi-fi is payable, it is very cheap in comparison to many other hotels not only in Singapore.

Great location top of lavender mrt station fast check in/checkout pleasant staff and good service . Small shower if you are big person you will have problems no soap or shaver.
Room small but ok room cleaning bit late 6pm/9pm one night.
Was not happy with breafast was outside in the hot sun with a set toilets in front of tables.
Not good breafast for the price no bacon or fried eggs.
But lots of other places near to eat .
Good hotel would stay again

Great location next to the Lavender SMRT station.

I would recommend this hotel for value conscious travelers.
The rooms are small, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel is right next to the Lavender subway station.
There is a food court, a bakery, Burger King and a pharmacist on the station. The food court is open starting at 5:00 AM, so there is no problem if you do not have a hotel breakfast voucher. In fact my wife tells me to use this hotel on our next trip to Singapore.

The whole hotel was like a housing estate, rooms with 5 lifts you can imagine how busy the traffic is. The reception and staff there are nice enough to provide correct unbiased information. No free internet nor wifi connection is a pain.

easy to travel anywhere between airport to hotel and hotel to any suburbs since the mrt station is just beside the hotel.
used to have free wifi, however i think because the hotel is getting more n more people staying, the management start charging for the wifi...thats kind of cheap.
overall, the location near mrt and eateries that is the biggest advantage
Restaurant Tip:
Should try the Tuk Tuk wonton noodle at the kopitiam. The best i ever tried in singapore

we came earlier because the plane flight early morning and about 9.30 am we already in the hotel and ask to information desk. after checking for afew minutes with someone in front desk, we got a room with a good few so we didn't have to waiting until check in time usually at 2 pm. as long as we stayed in hotl very easy to got any information about transportation, restaurant, etc. (
the location of the hotel near to food station like kopi tiam and open 24 hours. also near mrt station so very easy to go anywhere.
