service with a smile, polite staff, new clean hotel we returned the second time, excellent location, very good local food stores nearby.They keep your luggage if you go on tour for couple of days and its a pleasure to come back to a hotel when your luggage is delivered within seconds.Also if you have a late departure ours was at 8.00 pm.they keep your luggage and you can change at the poolside, have a nice swim before your late flight.Highly recommandable!!! Congratulations to all your hard working staff!!

The hotel sits on top the Lavender station.
Still very new, room size was ok.
No bath tub but shower was good enough.
Very comfortable bed and a mini bar where u can stock up drinks.Just below the hotel, a convenience store. A big food court and many local snacks. A bread shop opens 7am till 11 pm for those who did not book the ABF with the hotel. Affordable price thru agoda. Good hotel.

the hotels sits above lavender station.very clean and nice hotel. a very big food court just below the hotel. also, lots of eating snack shops below the hotel. so convinient. the price offered by agoda was relly good.we took a train from airport, it was a comfortable 30 minutes ride. check in was fast and no problem. room was notbig but very clean and modern. will stay again in the v hotel. great place

We had a twin room which was special at the time we booked it. The hotel has great reception as they let me to have early check-in.The room facilities are quite new. Overall V hotel has met my expectation!

we were only basically sleeping in the room so it was fine for what we needed but it was more expensive than i would have expected for the size of the room.
it was clean and quiet, and dark enough for a good sleep.
nice hotel all around.

the hotel was convenient and was near the lavander mrt. even if the room was small it is still nice because we stayed at the 15th floor so we had a very nice view. everything was great until the last day when i checked under the bed and was surprised that it was really dirty. there were even some things left by the other customers. there was a used plastic in the drawer and the table wasn't clean.

The location is so easy to locate especially if you're not familiar yet with Singapore. It is located just above the Lavender MRT Station. The hotel is great but the staff at check-in counter moves so slow. Does not accept Passport as the only identification item, one must present another identification aside from passport. I don't know why it happens to me, the only hotel that asked me for another identification.

The reality is that the Hotel charges S$10 for 24 hours usage.
We were given two keys (cards). We inserted one in the slot to keep the aircon on when we went out. When we returned, we found that the key was gone. We asked the housekeeping if they took the key. They said they don't know who took the key but we could go to the reception for another key without charge. Our concern is securtiy! We would be more comfortable if they admitted taking the key for energy saving!
