Great location, friendly staff but small rooms

We stayed in the triple room for 5 nights. The room includes a small fridge, safe, TV, hair dyer. Upon arrival we just showed the Agoda booking confirmation and we were given the key cards immediately. You will need to use the key cards for lift access, room access and also to turn on the power inside the room.
First thing we noticed was the room and shower were a bit too small for 3 people. The long table located at the foot of the bed is too close to the bed. What we liked was there is a huge window with a decent view of the outside, so it made it less suffocating to be in the small room. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh bed sheet and towels. Basic toiletries were also replenished everyday along with the bottled waters. We found we could ask for extra bottles of water from the housekeeping people if we run out, they were pretty nice about it.
Location-wise the hotel is very convenient as the MRT is just below it and the airport is on the same train line (Green). There are also a lot of convenience stores and food shops nearby. You will have to pay for 24-hour internet, which will require you to go to the front desk everytime you need a reload. The internet is decent enough, could stream shows from YouTube pretty quick.
The staff are friendly and are eager to help. We unfortunately left a bag at the boot of a cab going to the airport during our departure. We didn't get a receipt from the cab so we had no idea of the cab's plate number or operator. We called V Hotel to see if they can help and they went out of their way to check their CCTV footage and tracked down the cab. Unfortunately, the cab driver said he didn't notice anything in the trunk (which was a little suspicious), but we just decided to forget about it because the stuff inside the bag weren't worth that much anyway.
Overall, the hotel is good. A little pricy for the size of the room but you can overlook that because of the location and the friendly staff.

Great location, ATM, 24hr Kopitiam, Bakery Shop, Subway below the hotel, Bugis Junction (Famous Shopping Complex) is just next stop from Lavender MRT, Nice night View!!

Good place for staying overnight

we have a good time in singapore. we found v lavender hotel with resonable price and convenient location. yes, it is good with this price, the room is smaller as we expected. it is bit hard to find the hotel because the lobby at the back of the building. the 24h restaurant (majority foods are chinese foods) is the best thing we love, we are often back late and always find something to eat.
Shopping Tip:
If you cross the street opposite the lobby, you may find some small shops which sell fruit and foods cheaper than the ones near MRT.

Great Location
Right on top of MRT station, has bus station 2 mins walk away, has clean rooms and sheets, attentive lobby staff

we were able to check in earlier as requested (11 am instead of 2 pm). front desk personnel was great to talk to, was able to give us travel tips. room is quite small, particularly the bathroom, but still okay for asians. check-out was a breeze, and they were able to keep our baggage in the holding area while we went around during our last day.
other hotel staff don't speak english, so when we asked for the room to be cleaned, we were "shooed away" and referred to their supervisor for our request, who was thankfully gracious and accommodating.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a 24-hr food court (Kopitiam) with lots of good local food and a Wendy's outlet as an alternative option, as well as a convenience store (Cheers) just a minute away from the hotel lobby.
Though it has no malls nearby, attractions are a train/bus trip away.

It was odd that when I asked the housekeeping woman for soap they told me they don't put soap in, just to dial "0" and use the shampoo. Then I asked her for an extra pillow and she told me, again to dial "0" for housekeeping requests...
Also, there was a huge amount of luggage being held by feel service.... it was stored out in the open near the lobby, not locked away. That made me to nervous to leave my luggage in their "care".

this hotel is located just beside the mrt station which is very convenient to explore singapore and there are plenty food court and shops within the same area

we stay for a visit to doctors in Mt Elizabeth hospital. been travelling to Singapore very often and need to find a value hotel for our stay, and we found that V lavender is more than enough with the price we pay. It's a good hotel with great location.
Hotel Feature Tip:
just don't expect too much on luxury when you booked a value hotel.

The Hotel location is very nice, just on top of the metro station, but the room is quite smelly, when we request to change room but there is full booking and no room can change....
